From the beginning of pulling up to The River Apartments and entering Bri’s office , I immediately felt home ! Bri was very helpful, professional ,and welcoming ! She’s such a sweet and responsive person !! I needed a place to move in quickly and Brianna definitely did her best ! Thank you Bri for making the process of the application being such a smooth transaction! I definitely recommend anyone to go to Bri and The River Apartments!

First and foremost let me just say that from the time I entered the premises until the moment I left I was welcomed with courteous and professional service with a smile. Briana was extremely helpful with my application process which made for a smooth transaction. She was very personable and provided me with different options to make sure that I was completely satisfied. We just moved our daughter and her friend into The River and we could not feel better about the experience. The staff was amazing, and Brianna was simply amazing!! She worked so well with us and never got short with “the Mama Bear” and helped make it all work out perfectly!! We feel very blessed to find such a great place!! It’s adorable!!!

I have lived here for a year and I have no complaints with our ladies in front office (Jeni and Brianna). Very nice and responsive women. Our maintenance men are very nice as well. Maintenance requests will not stay open long at all here. Will recommend to anyone.

Quick access to I85 if you ever have to travel towards Alabama or Georgia.
