From the initial consultation he demonstrated exceptional professionalism and expertise as well as helping me understand the insurance as this was my first time filing a claim on my home. Their crew was incredibly efficient and I am completely satisfied with the quality of the work and the peace of mind our new roof provides, and would highly recommend them!

We had a wonderful experience with Noah and The Roofing Guys. They came and tarped an area while waiting to have our roof replaced. When the team came, they were very professional and cleaned up afterward. It can be frustrating navigating any home repair project. Noah made it a lot easier. We would recommend them!

Unfortunately, thanks to Matt Choate and The Roofing Guys, our Christmas was not what we are used to. Since August, when we originally paid to have a portion of our roof replaced, it has been unpleasant dealing with Matt and The Roofing Guys. When our roof was finally “replaced” in LATE October, it rained shortly thereafter. The roof that was “fixed” by Matt’s company leaked. Zach came home from work to multiple, pouring leaks in our living room. The leaks had ruined the insulation in the ceiling, the ceiling drywall, furniture, and carpet.

To shorten this awful experience, we ended up having the roof replaced 4 times since that day. Each time it leaks. We have not had a livable living room since October 31, 2024. We have not had our furniture replaced by Matt and The Roofing Guys, even though we were told we would. Mold growth is a huge concern. What shocks us the most is how communication is almost non-existent with Matt. There is no sympathy from him. While he spends his holiday in his intact home we worry about BIRDS flying through the holes Matt and The Roofing Guys has left in our house.

We have been very patient throughout this process (those of you that know Zach Hostetter, know how patient and understanding he is.). We are under so much stress, we now worry it is going to affect our IVF journey. We are near the implantation stage of a healthy embryo, but we can’t even be as excited as we should be, because of the roof, our destroyed living room, and Matt’s lack of professionalism.

As of 02/15/2025 our house is currently leaking all over and puddles in the floor with no resolution from Matt Choate.
