This was our first stay at the Ruse and it will not be our last. From the immaculate room to the impeccably kept property we were in getaway heaven. We felt so comfortable in our clean room with its modern decor. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The chef creates unique breakfasts that you don’t find in ordinary hotels. He remembers you and your preferences as well. We enjoyed the pool and putting green. Our next visit will be warmer so we can enjoy the pickle ball and bocce ball courts.

My wife and I had a great time spending two nights at the Ruse. Our room was spacious, tastefully designed and well appointed with everything we needed. The full breakfasts were terrific - much more creatively prepared than the usual hotel fare, and served in a delightful annex/pavilion that overlooked the pool area. Speaking of the pool, we made good use of it, spending several hours on both days relaxing and swimming. The deck furniture was particularly nice and comfortable. During the day, we had the outdoor areas practically to ourselves. We played pickleball and the courts were very well maintained. Finally, everyone on the staff was great, and the manager Derek was very helpful and always cheerful.

Absolutely loved The Ruse in Healdsburg. This small inn was not only comfortable but offered such fun activities in their "backyard." My husband and I enjoy wine (the reason for the trip) and golf so had so much fun on the 18 hole putting course.
The breakfast everyday was unique and delicious and fun to look forward to. We are already thinking about our next trip back! Can't wait to stay again.

So nice! Just what was needed: exceptionally clean, very comfortable bed, and a welcoming staff. Will definitely be our stopping point when traveling to the Northern Coast! Was a lovely respite after a long drive! The location and amenities are perfect. A classy stay with open beautiful grounds. Win, win!

We had a wonderful time here with our immediate and extended family. The room was updated and beds were super comfy. All amenities were provided! We used the heated pool, hot tub, pickleball courts / equipment, common area, bocce, and loved everything. The breakfast was fantastic. Staff was super nice and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

We had such an amazing stay! The Greenside Suite was so spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed relaxing with a glass of wine on the patio on the green and of course playing mini golf as well! The service was exceptional too. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure we had an excellent stay. We also really enjoyed the breakfast (seriously amazing). Truly top notch!! I would highly recommend a stay here. We cannot wait to return!

It is hard to overstate how ideal ever aspect of The Ruse is. The grounds are impeccable. The hotel is superbly maintained. Service is personal, attentive, warm, and immediate. The complimentary breakfast is gourmet. The rooms--we stayed in Greenside #3--beautifully appointed and kept like new. ||Every single aspect of The Ruse is five stars. Thank you to all who work there and who made our stay so memorable.
