Scenic area and quiet unit. Reasonable price for this area. Cannot say enough nice things about the office and maintenance staff. They are responsive, friendly, and helpful. Every maintenance request I have had was addressed and resolved within hours.

Reilly and Natalie in the leasing office are just wonderful. They consistently let me know about my packages. Also, they both go above and beyond and print out paperwork for me. They are always chipper and eager to help. There attitudes are very pleasant and upbeat.

Clean, quiet, and well-maintained. Maintenance is always on the move around the property but they find time to stop and say Hi to us. The couple of work orders we've put in have been resolved by the next day. The office staff is incredibly helpful and courteous, and have always taken the time to make sure all of our questions are answered. It seems like everyone actually enjoys working here, and it really shows.

The Towers at 4 lakes has really improved over the past couple years. The landscape around the ponds look beautiful now compared to just a few years ago. The grounds are so much more well kept. The staff not only in the management office, but maintenance is great! The maintenance guys are always very friendly and a pleasure when coming by to do repairs. I am happy to be a part of this community. 5 stars!

Nathan, Reilly, Natalie, Mariza are so professional and kind. It is one of the nicest Apartment complex’s in Naperville. I recommend anyone looking for a modern apartment with beautiful views and gym to move here.

I am not sure where the bad reviews about bugs, roaches, etc are coming from but that is completely FALSE!!!! I’ve been here since 2021 and LOVE IT…Yes I’ve experienced rent increases every lease renewal but I have a peace of mind here and that means everything to me. I pay for indoor parking and always feel safe. Yes they have rules but I love it that’s how you keep the place from chaos. I have a beautiful view overlooking the beautiful lake and my balcony is so relaxing. The leasing office and maintenance team ROCKS!!!!!!! I called about a heat issue and asked for weather stripping at my front door oh my goodness within 20 minutes maintenance was knocking at my door and handled my request expeditiously. The landscaping is BEAUTIFUL and they have so much to offer here. Yes it may be on the pricey side but they are worth every dime. Yes you can find something cheaper but remember you get what you pay for. I am getting SUPERB treatment here and I HIGHLY recommend The Towers.
