Absolutely LOVE this location! Not only is it my favorite due to its great hardworking members of staff ? IT'S RELIABLE!

Every time I visit this UPS (near Central Avenue & Camelback) it's always an efficient process and members of staff such as Robert and the fabulous Roberta never hesitate to lend a helping hand!

I enjoy the service provided by the employees here so much that even if I am on the other side of town closer to a different UPS, I will intentionally drive the extra miles making my way to receive the impeccable service provided by this location (no matter the status of Rush Hour nor the amount of traffic).

Seriously! Their customer service is just that good !

Cool environment, Robert is very precise, detailed, and direct, very helpful. Brooks is very nice and helpful as well, and easy to talk to about what needs to be done. John was extremely, rude and I overheard him asking Brooks, "Why are they still here? What's going on?" He thought we were loitering or hanging around, thinking we were homeless, saying weird stuff. Super unprofessional and inappropriate for him to say that and think of us that way, when literally my wife and I are just doing paperwork with Robert. Overall, I had a good experience with the other associates. Thank you again.
Keep up the good work, guys

I will start off by saying I normally go to the UPS store and have a very positive experience at the 32nd St./Camelback location… Very courteous staff. It is more convenient for me to go to the Camelback/Central location so every once in awhile I do so. I have noticed in the past that the staff is typically very “short” when talking to customers, and I have witnessed, on a couple different occasions, other customers having a negative experience with the staff… But it had never happened to me so I dismissed it. Today was different. It was my turn.

I have my own business. I say that because I want people to understand that I understand the value of good customer service. I consider myself a reasonable person, therefore I also understand that everybody has a bad day from time to time. But having witnessed negative customer service encounters here with other customers in the past I was compelled to write this after my experience today. And believe me, it takes a lot for me to submit a review… Good or bad.

I had a very simple question and was curious about the process of returning an item that I had purchased from an online vendor. And before I could even get the question out of my mouth, the older guy (may have been a manager, but not sure?) that was helping me began to yell at me “ I am taking care of all of this, and I am not going to charge you for extra boxes, but we have to do it this way!“ I was really taken aback and put on defense because I couldn’t believe that I was being yelled at with an answer that didn’t even come close to satisfying the question I had for him. But he assumed he knew exactly what I was going to ask. He made the assumption that I would be upset if I had to purchase boxes, and also made the assumption that I was telling him how the process should go. Without going into all of the particular details - I just had a question and instead of letting me ask and answering it for me, he made poor assumptions and thought he answered it for me. Bottomline is this - the guy was extremely rude, and acted as if he was irritated that I had ANY questions. This was an absolutely unbelievable experience.

I can tell you this: unless I am absolutely forced into having to go to this location, I will not be utilizing their service, and moreover I would highly recommend that you avoid this location if it all possible. With my own business in the area, I will be steering all people I know away from this place!

Horrible staff here. All of them seem extremely unhappy with you for being there. I'm not even looking for a simple hello, it would just be nice to not feel like I'm a problem because I'm there to ship something.

They are all pretty bad, but the worst is the lady working there. She swears under her breath at you when you need her to do her job of scanning a barcode and slapping a label on a box. On top of that, both times I've been in there, it seems like she's agressivly arguing with coworkers, to the point where they are cussing at eachother. I don't always feel safe in here.

They also messed up with shipping my package. My label says next day air, it's taken just about a week to arrive now.

Older Black lady gave me a negative experience. Heard her say something to a UPS driver and they had a big laugh over me. I would give her zero stars for customer service but there is a minimum of one star to post a comment.

Teammates at this location are always helpful and friendly. I often come to the store after 7 and am greeted like it’s the start of their day, not near closing. Robert was especially helpful on my last visit

Judging by the bad reviews, the owner of this store seems to think they are perfect. Every bad rating he responds like a child blaming the customer as if the store can do no wrong. It seems the owner also has rude and unprofessional behavior, no wonder he condones it with his employees.

The customer service is horrible at this location. I understand that sometimes people hate life, hate their job etc., if it is that bad then quit, and find another line of work instead of taking it out on customers.

Wow! Just had the most pleasant experience doing one of my least favorite things…returning Amazon items (ha). Burt helped me out and could not have been more friendly, patient or helpful. I see myself doing more returns in the future! Thanks Burt & the UPS team!
