Imagine you move to a place with your family and after having agreed on a deposit amount for the specific day and when you enter the application to make the payment you see that there is nothing to be charged! Because you find it strange, you go to the place where those responsible for the condominium are and they tell you that you got a "free" that you didn't need to worry that you didn't need to pay anymore! More than a month later they send you an email saying that they made a mistake that there was a mistake that needed to be paid! Then you go to the counter to say that ok, that you will pay regardless of the company's mistake but that you need it to be paid in installments because the amount has already been spent "obviously" and the company says ok, send me an email as you want to pay, then you send an email with the form of the installment amount and they don't answer you. After a week I go back again to ask about the email I sent from the installment and they tell me something else again: "you need to pay the full deposit or you will be dumped" that's right "evicted"! I'll go there again to talk to the person in charge and then extend my hand to greet her she just keeps talking and pretends she didn't see it! Super neglect! When you think you have moved to a place that brings peace you come across unprepared people and a totally embarrassing situation! Should I look for my rights?

The move in process has been pretty easy and organized compared to our last place and the staff here are really helpful and friendly. We just started moving in 4 days ago. So far we love our floor plan and how secure our building/community is.

RUN! If I have one piece of advice about the westerly and someone who lived there for 3 years. DO NOT LIVE HERE!
As I thought they valued their residents which they do not! I have now spent weeks, countless emails, phone calls and voicemails. No response from management. If they do ever answer the phone Amy and Amanda are not available and will call me back, Never do!
Amy is the manager and won’t return my emails as I asked for proof for them charging me and not giving back my full deposit which they have still failed to do.

Update: I was told to call at my earliest convenience. Which I did as soon as I saw the response. I spoke to Jermy at the desk who was who I spoke to a few weeks ago and told that Amy (property manager) was busy. Asked for a call by end of business and did not receive.
My comment states to call at earliest conscience so I did.
Jermy had no idea what I was talking about, told me he wasn’t able to help and didn’t feel comfortable talking about the matter. They told me to call back Monday morning…. Again.
I asked him to have Amy call me as obviously anytime I call she is busy. He refused…

I lived here for year when they first opened. It was great at first, nice and quiet, well kept. The amenities and office look very nice but that’s about it. I’m glad I moved out when I did. The door in building 6 has been broken for over a year, valet trash was not consistent, and a growing water bug / roach infestation was becoming apparent. Towards the end of my lease I was getting roaches coming out from my drains almost every night. Pest control would only spray for them. I understand being next to the woods, but every night is an infestation in the pipes and drains. The mail room is always unlocked and was filling up with so many packages, they should return them to the sender within a few days if residents weren’t going to pick them up. More and more problems would arise all while they wanted to charge over $350 more on renewal. Those issues for a brand new luxurious apartment complex are unacceptable and need to be solved. There’s better kept and cheaper luxury apartments around Orlando.

The worst experience I’ve ever had. They take forever to respond—it’s insane. I’ve been waiting for over a month for my refund, and despite sending emails and making several calls, no one ever responds. The service is terrible, and it was clearly a very bad choice. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Took a tour with Amy who was absolutely pleasant and amazing. The location is amazing the property is amazing and well kept. Our paperwork wasn’t the easiest to complete but not their fault but they were flexible and offered assistance and very responsive. I look forward to moving in this month. I offer no quarter in my reviews and honestly I wish I heard about them sooner.

Do not move into this property! Everything from the application process to moving in has been horrible!! Can't get ahold of the property manager Jonathan. His staff Jay, Carmen, Victoria are pretty helpful but the issues lie with Jonathan the property manager. We moved in last Friday and it has been one issue after another. Our AC did not work, Apartment was in horrible condition and the hot water was not working. On top of everything we found out that our storage unit was flooded with water from the apartment above. This is insane! This is suppose to be a brand new community! Instead we are dealing with all of these issues:

Flood/ Water leak in indoor storage unit
Moved in on Friday. On Saturday, we checked the storage closet and found that all of our belongings and property have been damaged by a water leak in the unit. Thousands of dollars of personal property damage has occurred from this leak. Maintenance has yet to find the issue with the leak and are puzzled as to what is causing it. There is still water flowing out of the light fixture into the closet. Management has yet to move us to a different storage unit. We have not been able to move our belongings out of this unit and into a secured closet. Maintenance has reached out the property manager multiple times and but Jonathan has not responded to them or given them a directive to a solution.

Hot water is not working
The hot water in our guest bathroom is not working properly. It seems the water fixtures were placed backwards. Which is completely unsafe. Maintenance request was filled out but never resolved.

Key fobs/ Butterfly App not working
On move in day, we were told that our key fobs would not work and that we would need to download another App (Stratis) to access our building. Butterlfy App is still not working at the entrance of the building and our key fobs still do not work at all access points.

AC Thermostat
The Ac wasn’t properly working for days after move in. Come to find out the smart thermostat was the wrong device for our unit. It was controlling another unit here on property.

Wrong MailBox and Keys
Upon move in we were given the wrong mailbox and keys. This was noticed after we had a packaged delivered and were not able to obtain our package. Fortunately Jay was helpful and was able to fix this issue promptly.

Kitchen counters, broken wood trim, Paint in the carpet and flooring
There is still permanent marker writing on the granite counter tops in the kitchen. Seems this was from construction. Wood trim by the front door was broken and detached from the wall. Paint is splattered on the floor and carpet. Still not fixed !

All of our furniture and belongings have been ruined by this. The apartment manager has yet to get back with us. Our stuff is still sitting in this unit drenched in water. The staff is trying to be helpful but they cannot get any support from the property manager because he is never available! This is suppose to be a brand new luxury community! Instead its a nightmare!!!!!
