Overpriced at $40 flat rate above 5 hours else $20 flat rate. Other than this rip-off pricing the garage is good. It's large, clean, conveniently located, safe and artsy. A short walk to Mana and Wynwood Walls.

The waynwood garage is the safest and best place to park at eu wood and art district in Miami. It is very clean and very safe to park your luxury car and walk around the streets that are full with art

Honestly, the pricing to park here is ridiculous for no reason and I think that as it is, the area is very expensive so parking should at least be a little bit more reasonable.

Went to the Wynwood area to go to Smorgusgburg, and we needed parking so we went to the Wynwood Garage. We paid 30$ for 5 hours, which wasn't bad since we planned to be in the area for a while, and it was convenient.

Easy to navigate.
Easy to find parking.
Close to wynwood walls museum.
People complain about the parking fee but we intended to park and stay the day so we didn’t mind at all.
It seems parking can be a challenge so we were just grateful to find a spot!

Security needs to get off their high horse. This woman zoomed over on her golf cart and started hollering at my family that we needed to move our car or she would call the police. We still had an hour and a half left on our time and all we did was sit in our car to charge our phone for 5 minutes. She was just up in arms about it...talking about some nonsense that you can run your car in the parking garage...um HELLO? Hundreds of cars are driving with their engines on!
There is a nice way to tmdo things and then the way she wanted to do it. Management should inform their security that they should be respectful and professional. Will find a different garage next visit. For $20 for 5 hours I should be able to return to my car at my leisure.
