Had recently had the all new APU Thermo king tri-pac 3 installed here. Deanna assisted with all my needs and we came up with the game plan to get it installed on my 2020 Pete 389!

Right side tank slide forward, apu installed, bunk heater installed, inverter installed.

Clean install! Even back of sleeper looks clean and tidy. It worked out very well! Can’t wait to put it to work!

I slept at the front gate because I know what to do. I woke up to drivers not waiting until 0700 to enter the gate or office. Once I finally got checked in the wait was kinda long, but the room for parking is zero. My truck 🚛 was worked on by Randy I think that's his name. Randy was very professional and knowledgeable about what he thought was going on with my APU. Hopefully it does not have the same issues anymore. Thx Randy again...

Lots of congestion. No signage, the vehicle that says thermal king is your clue. Left turn across 4 lanes almost impossible. Yard driver was helpful to move obstacles.

Great parts and service department. Service is open till 11pm and parts till 4pm. I hear parts will be open later in the near future, and that will get my 5th star!

Parking situation here is a disaster TK is sharing the lot with a HUB Group container trucking co. Trailers everywhere and no way to maneuver and park,very disorganized parking I hope they will call me and start working on my APU soon hopefully will not have to sleep here

Some folks on here whining about waiting, but lack the situational awareness to understand what's happening around them. Not every person here is working on your unit, so yeah, they might be sitting. The office staff aren't the ones working on your unit. You aren't the only one here and service is FCFS, Tough Nuts.

Now the review- Great Place! I bring all of my TK Units here (entire fleet except for one).
Staff are friendly, communicative, and helpful. Priority is given to emergency repairs for loaded units. Only docking a star because of the small lot with little maneuverability. Clean facilites and quality work is done here! Better than any of the TK shops I've been to anywhere else!

Got to this place at 7am and checked in for a coolant sensor. It is now 7:05pm and I’m still here without my trailer being fixed.This place wasn’t busy at all. They watched me wait and wait while I watched 6 guys in the office laughing and cracking jokes. They didn’t have a reason on to why it’s taking so long. The 1st shift guy didn’t do anything about it until I called their corporate office and explained to them what was going. I then received a call from the office saying someone will come get me in 5 minutes. It shouldn’t have taken me to call their corporate office for me to be seen. I rate this place a -10 if it was on the scale. I also will be emailing their corporate office about my issue today. Avoid this place for reefer breakdown.

Only come here if you have time to waist and don’t like good customer service!!! They kept me here until they closed. I believe it was on purpose.

Very disappointed with service. Honestly I didn’t want to stop at a Thermo king in Illinois because customer service throughout the state is just poor.

So I arrived and was immediately told it was going to be awhile. I was ok with a few hour wait and a few hours for the repairs but not 9 hrs.

The lady at the front was sweet as pie but the men here are dry and distant. They talk to you with irritation. I asked to speak to the supervisor after the 8th hr of waiting and he immediately came to me with an attitude.

I told him he should have turned me away if he didn’t have the man power to take on my business in a timely manner. He said I have to train these new techs.. sir don’t train them on my equipment or time.

They make you wait in their ice box waiting room no tv, a loud vending machine and won’t let you go back to your truck.

Customer service is a joke to them here. They have no sense of urgency and then want to get mad when you want to leave.
