I found Tamika by searching on google and she had so many Raving reviews, so My fiancé and I decided to schedule a session with her and so far she’s been incredible. Very easy to talk to, she gives you multiple perspectives and her approach comes from a place of understanding and practicality. She also hosted a couples date night which I thought was super cool 😎 and it was lots of fun. It was nice to see other couples , all ages share their views on different relationship topics and get advice from couples with longevity. Tamika is awesome and I would definitely recommend her .

I truly enjoyed my experience with Tamika! Tamika brought her expertise and wisdom to our church in the form of “Beautifully Broken and Mending Well”. This event was filled with laughter, tears and an interactive activity that is still playing in my day to day months later. Tamika helps you to employ other ways to think about a situation to help you get to where you are trying or need to be. She is personable and will insert some of her own life experiences. Lastly Tamika offers an energy and level of confidence that makes you want to talk about any and everything.

THill consultant hosted a Holiday Couples Date Night which a was fun and engaging event. My spouse and I loved listening to the other couples perspectives and panelist. There was unlimited wine and the food selection was nice. I would definitely recommend this event to other couples. Great job to Tamika and her team at THill Consultant.

I had the pleasure of meeting Coach T through my organization after we hired her to lead our professional development sessions. Our organization has been forthcoming about the work we need to do to build community. Coach T’s sessions are allowing us to be honest and open with our colleagues and leadership. We are finding ways to be transparent while remaining respectful to one another, and I can see the growth in our organization. I also use Coach T for private sessions, and I love how she is solution-oriented. She gives me the space to explain my concerns, but we never end a phone call without discussing a way forward. I would recommend her for both group and 1:1 sessions.

I have attended Beautifully Broken and Mending Well, and Real Talk with Wine, Women and Men. The impact that Tamika has in incredible I must say. I have never seen someone be professional but real with their approach to the point where you feel confident and challenged. She creates events that are just special and memorable. You leave wishing it was still going on.

Tamika has a gift when it comes to making a room full of strangers feel comfortable enough to share their truths and honest thoughts. Just be prepared for that RAW Therapist feedback🤍I will definitely be attending the next event
