My work schedule has been out of control lately. I contacted ThuraClean initially thru Google. I received a response shortly after. Not only did ThuraClean respond, but they were able to schedule me the same day, which let’s face it does not usually happen. The team that was dispatched to my home and was timely and efficient. They cleaned all of my ducts and returns, replaced my filters, and my vents. Thank you so much for your wonderful service.

Most of the 829sq ft look good there are areas where the grout still looks dirty. The kitchen is the area that looks the worst. I gave a 4 because the price was good.

So two stars mainly for the workers. So the one guy was very kind. Now they weren’t here for quite 30 minutes granted they only had one large room with a carpet to do. He did also give us a bottle of enzyme stuff for the odor “in case their job didn’t work” they were also able to get us in the very same day that we contacted them, which was phenomenal. My husband stated that when he had used a prior company and they sprayed enzyme stuff at Our in-laws house they said that needed to sit for 20 to 30 minutes. They waited in the vehicle. Where is this company sprayed less than 23 minutes they were already sucking up everything. initially, I thought the the cleaner, but upon waking up this morning, this smell had not changed at all. I was prepared to smell, slight odor still, but was not expecting zero change so all in all for of course you didn’t get your carpet cleaned. Nothing had changed. I’m assuming that would have been different, but who knows that I do not recommend them unfortunately.

This company came in and did a solid job on very badly soiled carpeting. They came in on the day that we scheduled worked with us on access and sent photos as we are out of state. The team was a pleasure to work with and I would recommend them for your carpeting needs.
