I reached out to Luis at Tied Solar to find a solution to an issue that was left unresolved by a previous company after re-installation of our panels.
He asked for system info and spoke with Enphase before even stepping foot on our property. He was available to come out the next day and told me not to worry, he would take care of problem that 3 others couldn't fix. He was absolutely right!! On his first property visit he solved 1 major issue. I like that he didn't rush, but opted to monitor the system for some days to get the full picture. After providing our quote to complete the work using a very user friendly system, he returned and had us up and running 100%. Tied Solar will be our go-to company! Thank you Luis for your expertise!
