I have nothing but great things to say! I am a professional in the design industry and I started using their Title 24 services about 6 months ago. Each time they are responsive, polite and get my reports done super fast!! Their prices are fair and they even provide and option to have the report put onto Arch D sheets for adding them easy to the plan set. They are now my go to and I use them for all of my projects.

This was the first time I had to do Title 24 for a project and Igor was really a pleasure to work with. He was very responsive and professional. Doing an addition or remodel in CA requires Title 24 certification to be done, and Igor is a pleasure to work with. He knows exactly what to do, and his work is quick. Turnaround for my addition was something like 48 hours, and only because I didn't know the answers to some of his questions. Igor explained everything needed, but If you're prepared, know what's going on, then I have no doubt he can get it done faster. Will definitely recommend to everyone!

Igor is very knowable and very patient to help me to pass title 24 test. He suggested me to try more energy efficient water heater and to provide more detailed data to avoid default bad data is used. He did so many trials for my projects and he always replies to my questions quickly, usually only in a few hours. I was able to submit the title 24 compliance report to County of Santa Clara sucessfully.
