Owner builder here. Your title 24 is very important my plans came with a title 24 from another company I tried reaching out multiple times but was not successful. The issue was the wrong mechanical system and water heater. (make sure your plans and title 24 are the same, because you will need a title 24 inspection)I reached out to Oscar and explained the situation and he was able to help immediately. Oscar gave me different options that meet current code and was able to help me decide on how to move forward. I would recommend him to anyone that is in need of a title 24 for their project. He is very good and answering questions and if he doesn't know he will tell you and get you the answer. The process was simple and affordable. Once again Thank you Oscar.

Oscar helped me Professionally and he came to my home to pick up plans as I did not know how to email them. Oscar rushed to help as I had Code enforcement citation.
