We have always had excellent service at this location. When we went in to upgrade our phones my old phone didn't want to sync to the new one. Jason went above and beyond to stay with it and got it synced up. Excellent customer service representative.

Bruce was great. I've been a long time T-Mobile customer and this has been my go to store for a while. First time meeting Bruce and he was funny, cordial and above and beyond. He helped my bestie pick out a phone and had us helped and checked out promptly. We'll be going back to see him soon 😛

BE CAREFUL!!
i went in to pay off my phone and rest of balance due on bill so i can get my phone unlocked to transfer, they told me i had paid everything off, unlocked my phone and i switched companies. i had no issues until months later i saw something went to collections in my credit report, looked more closely and realized T-mobile said i still owed them $70 even though i went in person, paid everything off and they closed my account so if i did owe anything else i would have never known! how can they tell me my debt was paid off, unlocked my phone, close my account and then send me to collections!?
thankfully i had proof i have already paid these fees and was able to get this disputes off my credit report

Great store never had a problem with anyone here the employees are very nice and always willing to help . 100% recommend and I have recommended a lot of people to this store .Kris is one of the best managers and always has a way to fix a problem . I was in there about 2 days ago and I had a pro with my bill Kris was able to get in contract with another employee who was working that night to help me get Evething all figured out thank you to Kris and Mike for always helping me and making T-Mobile customer service amazing

Terrible customer service! Walked in twice reps not even busy just playing on their phones like teenagers and not even greeting or acknowledging the customer that walked in. I left and decided to take my business elsewhere.

Highly recommend going here for all your cellular needs. Bruce assisted us with transferring from Verizon & AT&T to T-Mobile. In addition, he provided us with the best plan options based on what we were looking for. My husband also got a new phone and Bruce was able to transfer all of his data to the new phone without issue, put a new case on it and screen protector. He truly went above & beyond for us & for that we’re grateful.

I went to this place even though another TMobile was closer- why? Bcuz of the reviews. Chris assisted me & did a quick, friendly service to my phone, good 👍 job!!! Eric @the countryside mall, messed up my phone, DO NOT GO THERE!!
