First and foremost and very big Thank you to miss Angela!! She spent almost 2hrs aiding me with my 5G gateway router. It may sound simple but the router was not operating correctly and Angela went about and beyond to return my old one and help me upgrade to something more efficient. If it were up to me I'd give the woman a raise for the hardwork, patience, and dedication she displayed at the delano store. Thank you so much again!!!

Please get some new people asap, that actually know what they are doing, all they do is just stand around by the windows and look at the people pass by and talk about them, I overheard two of the employeest talking about a lady that was parked in her car taking her socks off , how sad. And when I go in and have a problem all they do is give me the number to customer service !!!! Awful

Went in to store as i was having problems activating a new sim card. Todd was very helpful in getting everything straightened out. as we waited for phone to activate we talked about phones. Very knowledgeable and avid fan of cell phones and technology as a whole.

They lie about free items to get u to get service w them. Tell you you don't have a payment due That month. When u call customer service they hang up. It's a very unreliable store and always giving u inaccurate information. I've had problem from the begining. I just want to be done w t mobile.

Although at times the CSR's aren't fully knowledgeable and trained properly..... if you do have a problem and report it, the store will give you some type of credit to resolve the issue ?

very clean store, staff was extremely friendly and helpful in assisting me with my warranty exchange. ended up leaving with a sync up and i love it!!
