I absolutely loved living in this complex! The apartments are very nice and I always felt safe, never had any issues whatsoever, The other tenants were all a pleasure to live around. Jennifer the property manager and Phil the maintenance guy are both wonderful and will go above and beyond to help with any of your questions, concerns or issues. I would definitely recommend this complex to anyone.

Topaz oaks is the best apartment complex I’ve lived so far. The move in process was easy. My apartment was clean and ready for move in. Jennifer made sure I was comfortable with the entire process because I moved here from Virginia. I love my apartment and it’s nice and updated. The area is really quiet, close shopping & highway accessible

I’ve lived in Topaz Oaks for 3 years and it has been an amazing experience! Jennifer, in the front office is the best and very responsive, our neighbors have become like family, and the location is convenient. I couldn't be happier with my decision to call this place home. Highly recommend!

Mrs. Jenn goes above and beyond for all of her tenants. Well the most that I know always speaks very highly of Mrs. Jenn. And with myself personally if I have any problems with my unit she addresses it immediately.. Very respectful and helpful. She treats everyone equally and does not Discriminate. The best property manager I have ever dealt with..

The apartments are nice, they’re very clean and more modernized, haven’t had a whole lot of issues with appliances. I will say, within these apartments, you can hear absolutely everything from every other renter. Microwaves, doors closing, footsteps, even light conversations clear as day, that means do trust that you may only maintain so much privacy as everyone can hear you talking through the wall crystal clearing, you could easily hear your neighbor taking a dump in the bathroom. It’s difficult to sleep at night due to the paper thin walls and disturbing sounds you can easily hear from your neighbors nightly adventures. 3rd apartment I’ve had, and never have I had this issue to this extent.
If you value peace and quiet, and not being disturbed in your sleep, this cheaply built complex is not for you.

If you like constant scrutiny, hearing your upstairs and side neighbors every move (conversations, walking, etc), threats of a 3 day notice or fine every week, your car broken into, 2 weeks delay for a basic service call, no response or excuses from the office manager, unprofessional business practices, overly priced accommodations, or paying out of pocket for another resident flooding your apartment, this place is for you! I've lived here almost 4 years and as each year goes by, the experience I've had has gotten worse. I have paid my rent early every month for 4 years and cannot believe this is the treatment I get from these people. I am beyond thrilled to be leaving this place next month. I have proof of everything I've mentioned above. Jennifer, if you plan on leaving a comment saying "contact us so we can sort things out", don't bother. You won't call me back anyways. BUYER BEWARE!!
