Wow you can’t ask for a better situation when downhill biking. Great clean rooms, shuttle and trail only steps from your door. Restaurant and food trucks available nearby. I really appreciated the ample fridge space, coffee maker and microwave. Great stay!

1. Cleanliness was evident all over the property.
2. Everything in the room worked properly (only the gadgets charger didn't work, but had my own.
4. Bedding and mattress were clean and comfortable, shower, hot/cold water
5. Extremely convenient to have a shuttle service next door to enjoy Leatherwood Down Hill MTB trails.
Definitely staying there next time!

This place is exactly where you want to be if you cam egere to ride bikes. Dustin is an excellent host and topo is the anchor for mtb trips to eureka. You'll want to shuttle the down hill trails and they are conveniently operated right out the front door. Even if you aren't riding it's very close to down town and in walking distance to food, beer, Gas, etc..

This place is right on the Leatherwood trail system and perfect for mountain bikers. Clean room with mini fridge and microwave. Nice, peaceful outdoor space behind the motel. The owner is a super nice guy. You can tell he really loves what he does.

Where else would you want to stay if your mountain biking at Lake Leatherwood or even Passion Play? The owners are all mtbers and can help guide you around Eureka Springs and help with shuttles. The rooms were great but who really cares you’re only there to sleep and store bikes! Also you can’t beat the prices.

My girlfriend and I just stayed here for the weekend! The room was perfect. Obvious that the hotel has been recently remodeled! The owners are both great people and very friendly ?

Clean room! Cold AC! Hot Showers! Comfortable beds. Our room even had a Mini fridge and coffee maker!

Barely even 5min from the main part of town! While driving around down town, I'd noticed some of the other hotels we'd looked at previously and they were cramped and parking was an absolute nightmare at every single one. The peace and quiet here was worth every penny!

We'll be back!

Sweet location. Fridge and microwave in room is definitely a plus! Nick is the best host. Sometimes there is a really good coffee trailer on site as well called Trailside Coffee Company! 😉
