Called Total Home Environmental HVAC about musky smell, Nate and team were awesome. They came in a recommended new air ductwork and additional features that were installed. Installation crew were awesome. Awaiting a callback for Total Home Environmental HVAC to eliminating the musky smell in our home.

Skilled technicians (Caesar and Alex) came out very quickly and did a first class job. There was much to fix, - as the original installation was an amateurish mess. But they quickly and thoroughly remedied everything and were too professional to bad mouth the original “workmen”.
Nate was in charge and did the inspection and quoting. He is prompt, efficient and polite.

Total Home is always quick to respond and take care of the issues. They do not ask the customers to drastically change the existing setup, which is good thing for me. They systematically troubleshoot and change that particular which causes the issue. They do scientific and thorough job. I appreciate Gordon and Nate very much. Thank you.

The owner came out himself and inspected my furnace and told me about my old furnace. Very knowledgeable and direct, which very helpful on my decision to use them. The staff that installed my furnace was very good. Even found out I had a bad thermostat and installed a new one. Of course for a small charge but it was worth it. Now I have heat and now having to freeze in my condo.

It is crazy hot heat wave in LA and my ac stopped working just in time… called atleast 5 different hvacs who were all busy then Total home havoc, Lyne answered and sent the hvac expert (Gordon Brown) in few hrs and he fixed it quickly and couldn’t be happier customer. Shout out to the whole company…
