I can’t say enough good things about this company.

My salesman Skyler was a true professional…. extremely responsive on my deliveries and product questions. When he wasn’t available, I worked with Mike Wilms, who was equally knowledgeable and professional. Plus, just a cool guy to deal with.

I am a buyer/driver for a general contractor and I have never had a bad experience at Totem Lumber. Skyler is our sales contact and he has always been extremely helpful on all our orders. When I arrive, I am always greeted by an employee and are prompt on getting my will call paper work to me. When I go out to the yard, there are many employees waiting to help me load. Most of the time, my will call order has already been pulled and is waiting for me. Thank you everyone for your hard work and dedication.

Today was my 4th vist to this new store.

I had high hopes that we would get a better store than Maher was(who went out of business because they had unbelievably terrible customer service) It appears they are the same people. No customer service. No personality, no help. I work with more than 200 other hardware stores and I will continue to shop at other stores that understand how to make connection with the human.

They always have 6 people behind the counter, no one acknowledged my presence or the presence of my family. When I ask for a common item, the child behind the counter starts searching on a computer. It takes time for me to ask if anyone heard me, and they stare at a computer with no answer.

When we start talking at the counter, the over 40 employees dispersed to avoid answering questions.

Not a single smile or energetic face will you find here, and no work on Sunday, which is the only day working people need anything from any legitimate hardware store.

It's great to have a place to go for your hardware needs . paint,caulk,plumbing, electrical, nuts,bolts,yard, and garden, you name it! They have it ! On top of that they have knowable employees eger to help.
