Very friendly and professional owner! Trace identity is very clean and smells incredible with the scented fragrance. Ambience is warm and welcome. The owner is amazing and brilliant. She built her own clocks with a CPU card. Phenomenal!! I hope much more success for you!! 😊

Who new that getting fingerprinted could be an enjoyable experience?!? Ms Caldwell @ Trace Identity Services responded to my email request for an appointment promptly. The appointment itself was in a clean and professional office in the basement of an office building. Ms Caldwell was efficient, friendly, knowledgable, and very fairly priced. I would highly recommend.

Highly recommend the services at Trace Identity! I was applying for an out-of-state license that needed fingerprints sent to IL and there is a long list of vendors of who you can send your fingerprints to-- SO glad I chose to go with Trace Identity Services. Rosalind returned my call quickly and answered all my questions. The website also has detailed instructions on how to submit out-of-state fingerprints which shows you they deal with this process often. I mailed my fingerprints and within 3 days I had confirmation from Rosalind (on a Sunday!) that they had been received and she provided me with the number I needed to complete my application. Cannot beat the service and professionalism provided here.

Wonderful business. Very friendly and courteous. I went in to get electronic fingerprints. The office is a relaxing atmosphere and the owner is very knowledgeable and experienced. She walked me through the process and told me everything I needed to know to continue my process after leaving her office. Very affordable prices and the process took about 10 minutes.

I had an opportunity to visit Trace Identity Services for a pre-employment background check. The space was convenient, clean and calm. The staff was welcoming and checked in with me regularly while I waited to be fingerprinted. I did not have an appointment; there were two people in front of me. Still, I only waited 10 minutes as a walk-in, which I felt was fair. The staff was very communicative and did well in explaining the fingerprint process. The technician was comforting and sensitive when completing the formal fingerprint scan. I say this because I’ve had technicians at other businesses pull, yank, and slam my hands about trying to get my fingerprints. My overall experience was great. I would definitely recommend Trace Identity Services!
