Very precious on sorting your metals so you get paid in the correct manner. Absolutely love the staff here, they are highly respectful ( as well as respected among each other in the work place ) and definitely are happy to help make sure you get in and out in an orderly and efficient way. 💯❤️

Today was the rudest person Patricia B working in the fort myers location. She is an older lady with white hair and a bad attitude. They may want to hope she doesn't cost them business.

Hands down Top of the line recycling location. If you have steel I definitely suggest scraping it here. The guy running the magnet looks a little intimidating but you can't judge a book by its cover. Probably the nicest and most respectful guy I've met in a long time. He was very informative on how to get the most money for my material. He promptly ushered us to a safe location with shade and then the extravaganza began. He used a massive electromagnetic crane and systematically removed all the steel off of our trailer without even stirring up dust. His abilities were uncanny. It's as if he's hardwired into the machine. Like a ninja with a sword or a feather in the wind. It was a truly unique experience and we're so happy to have seen that.
He saved us from hours of back-breaking labor so we offered him a tip...but he respectfully declined.
We can't wait to to go back.
If you're scraping metals I suggest you head to TMR.... and if you have steel it'll be a day you never forget.

Go to "Mome Metals Recycling" and "Allied Recycling" or "All Scrap". They are 4-7min away. They pay better and have better reviews. I have my own junk removal business for the past 5+ years. This review is mainly because of the two older women that have been there for many years when it used to be Garden Street. I actually stopped going there because they made me and my drivers feel unwelcomed ( majority of us are Latino). I decided to go back and see if the new management ( trademark) improved training so they can provide better customer service without being prejudice. It's still the same. I'll come back maybe in another year to see if it's better. New management please consider making some changes. I never recommend to my hundreds of customers, friends, family or other local businesses to go to your location.

Don't go they continue ripping off customers. Turned in my 5 gallon bucket with full clean nbr 2 coppers they tried me for $50 told them cancel the sale!! Return my coppers went another place got $400 don't go Trademark they cheat off those steel carts they need be thrown out all thumbs down!!!

4:30 is 4:30. Showed up 10 till with the gates closed. Change your hours or people so customers don't waist the time and gas. Not the first time ither....
