Been trying to reach someone, anyone with cards. Heather says leave a message and they'll return my call(s). No they won't. I've been with Cards (formally Automated Waste) where I am currently and they answer their phones
I called customer service and someone finally answered, but from NW Arkansas
I shared my complaint and was told she sent an email and someone will call me. We'll see
Currently looking for other options.

They just stole our personal dumpster! I'm calling the police! Nobody will answer the phone! We canceled our services in July. Started with another company then Cards comes to steal our dumpter! Not theirs! How are they still in business?

Cannot abide the new rate. Called to cancel service. Someone came out today 12/18 to pick up the trash can though we are paid up till Dec. 31st. Poor customer service. Going to use someone local.
