*Update #2 (06/27/2024)

The same thing just happened. No call, no show. Please don't tell me it was a software problem. Here we are again, and we still haven't received any communications as to why the service is failing. Ironically, the only communication we've gotten is an email saying that we WOULD receive service today. Also, we received a text stating that we would revive a $5 charge if our can wasn't left out for servicing. Question: Can we charge you guys $5 for not providing service? Be better........

I greatly appreciate the response. And I understand that things do happen. However, this is the cost of doing business. It comes with the territory and should always be expected; It makes it much easier to offer solutions. In the meantime, my neighbors and I still need to receive an email correspondence. Even after your response, where you stated that the issue had been resolved, there needed to be communication with us about whether or not we'd be receiving service later or if it would be skipped this time. I'm not angry or anything. I appreciate the service very much. It's a great convenience. I think we deserve better communication, that's all.

EDIT (10/17/2024): They just suddenly stopped cleaning our bins and we have heard absolutely nothing back from them. I've reached out via email and Facebook Messenger with zero response, and when I try to call, their phone goes straight to voicemail, and the mailbox is full so I cannot leave a message. If they have discontinued services, that's fine, but it really would have been nice to receive some kind of notice. The complete lack of any communication is frustrating.

Trash Pandas of Alabama...Remember this service! Nobody in my family is crazy enough to want to wash our garbage can...so nobody did it. We’ve been here 11 years and *maybe* cleaned it twice. Imagine the gross smell and unimaginable trash caked on the bottom. ? With Trash Pandas, our bin is sparkling clean after just one visit! It looks like a brand new garbage can. I watched the eco-friendly process and appreciate their dedication.

They did not show up for my CONFIRMED appointment in July OR August. I have emailed, called, texted on more than one occasion since the July missed appointment (they even sent the webare coming on July # ..please confirm...) and ZERO response.
How will I cancel if I cannot get any response?

Update- not dependable and non responsive as to why there has been no call no show for 90 days now. Sad… really nice service but only if they perform.

Original review- Trash Pandas of Alabama consistently performs above my expectations for this service. Always courteous and professional. No more stinky trash can!!

I got so tired of having to clean my trashcan all the time, so I'd avoid it. I was intrigued when I saw an ad for Trash Pandas, so I gave them a try. I'm very glad I did! Once a month they make my trashcan sparkly clean (and bug free) and with no effort from me. They're very good about communicating when they need to reschedule and they send reminders the day before they come. Definitely give them a try!
