After doing a significant amount of research, we decided on looking at the offerings from Trek for our next set of eBikes. After making some calls to make sure the model we were interested in were on display, we came down on a Saturday. Being a Saturday the shop was busy especially since they are closed on Sunday and Monday. The owners son helped us in answering our questions and his expertise with the Trek eBike line was exceptional. They offered a test ride on the bikes we were interested in and provided all the details we wanted, without any pressure to buy.

Fast forward to today, we picked up our new Dual Sport eBikes for myself and my wife. We are very happy with the service and expertise we received from the team at Trek on OBT in Orlando, and will certainly visit them in the future for all of our cycling needs.

We're from out of town and stopped in to replace a broken helmet. Ian was super helpful and knowledgeable. We were able to get a great helmet, and bonus that it was on sale. Would recommend this place if you are in the market for anything bicycle.

I brought in a vintage Trek 1220 in mint condition that required clean and lube in shifters and upon arriving to the cash register the manager came out and sharply said,”Did you PAY..for that? I responded, “Yes.” He shook his head and stared out strait ahead. He would insult me in front of customers and simultaneously imply that an old Trek bike is worthless. Greedy, rude, and manipulative. How many people have been talked into hundreds or thousands for things they don’t need by THIS guy?

Amazing place! Michael and staff (Joseph + the rest of the team) are top notch. Large selection of products and knowledgeable staff with a friendly attitude. Will recommend to my friends for sure and after many years with Specialized and BMC the staff guided me to a great product and now I’m a proud Trek owner for years to come.

Always a great experience when we visit this store. A recent visit resulted in a new back tire and chain. However, I had a small issue after the chain was fitted, I took it back and it was dealt with immediately with no questions asked. I understand things happen but how a company deals with issues is a true statement of how they do business and these guys rock. Wouldn't trust my bike with anyone else.

Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience at this place. I went to get a service, which according to the invoice took 27 minutes to be done and the employee made me wait for 2 hours. He said he would call me when it was ready, but he didn't. If I hadn't called back after a little over 2 hours, I might still be waiting for his call. Not to mention the total rudeness of this employee, named Albeyro or Felix (these are the names on the invoice he gave me). He clearly treated me differently from the other customers who were in the store, a very rude person. The store is very beautiful, with good products, but I would never return or recommend this service to anyone.

I dropped off my seat and ordered a long seat pole. Joseph took my order and said it will be total $14 and he will call when it is all ready. Waited for a week and no call. So I called and Joseph answered and said he was about to call me and the seat is ready.

I drove to the to get my seat and new pole. They could not locate it, but after a call to Joseph they were able to locate it. Had to pay $22 for the inconvenience that they caused. Store looks good but they need to improve on their service.
