THIS COMPANY IS THE WORST! Do not buy a home in a neighborhood where you must use this company. I live in Belterra and have no other option. They charge extra fees for pretty much anything you can think of. Need to pay online with a bank card? That'll be an extra $15 dollars to cover cost of the website. Then it will also take a week for the payment to process, which in my case led to another $30 fee for late payment, even though I paid 4 days before the due date. There are also fees on my bill for things like "administrative costs" and "environmental fees" that add up to like $40 per month, in addition to the $150 I pay for water, sewer and garbage. Extortion and there is no recourse!

Kristi Hester does not answer her phone and has no VM set up? And sent me a demand letter without knowing the facts, and misspelled Sevren Trent (wrote Seven Trent) on a legal demand letter. Not cool.

Always quick responses. When I called today, they picked up on the 1st ring, couldn't help me but directed me to someone else. Called her and she picked up right away and gave me the options I required.
