We had a great experience working with Trindco on our countertops. We originally purchased through Home Depot and we're set up with Trindco and they were great at communicating what time frames they were coming by. We ordered our countertops in mid June and had them cut and installed within a month. The installers seemed very knowledgeable as well and happy to answer any of my questions.

It took us five years, but we finally renovated all five bathrooms in our house. We are thrilled with the quartz countertops Trindco installed for us. Amber was fantastic to work with. She responded to my questions and emails quickly and thoroughly. We even had Trindco fix an annoying seam in our kitchen quartz counter top and Jordan and his team did such an amazing job fixing it! Check out the before and after photos. You can hardly tell there’s a seam anymore. I would highly recommend Trindco if you ever redo your kitchen or bathrooms.

Overall my countertop looks nice but there were several issues with installation. The first one being that we paid for them to remove the sink and my husband ended up having to do it, second issue was that when they put our refrigerator back they scratched our hardwood floors pretty severely and lastly they did an extremely sloppy job with the adhesive and my expensive pots and pans now have glue all over them. I would have happily moved my pots and pans if they would have just asked.

I’m giving two stars because their office team was super nice and we appreciated being able to see our slab in person. However, the installation team they sent was not to our satisfaction. They left silicone marks on the marble, the slab itself has a scratch in it, dented our newly refinished cabinets and did a sloppy job caulking the sink.
Worst of all though, they had to saw into our drywall to accommodate the slab (which is fine) but not only did they not put any kind of dropcloth down, they left ALL the dust IN my drawer and cabinet with pots and cooking utensils. It’s an old house so who knows what those walls are made of and now I have all this possibly toxic dust in my drawers and had to wash EVERYTHING. I would have been happy to provide my own dropcloth and even told them at the beginning to please let me know if they need anything. Overall the installation was sloppy and possibly a health hazard for us. I tried to make the company aware by sending a feedback email to help avoid this in the future, but heard nothing back from them.

Everyone is always so kind and helpful. They offer insight on what kind of top if best for the project we are doing at the time. The installers are always very polite, and answer all of our questions. They have the best customer service from start to finish.

Had the most positive experience with these wonderful people!! They did an amazing job installing our quartz countertops and waterfall edge! Looks exactly how we had hoped!
