A recruiter from Trinite consulting approached me ( I did not contact them, they contacted me) for a job which I did not apply. He asked me to alter my resume based on job description, I did as I was desperate to find a job. Later he set me up with his manager from the same consultancy, I had a talk with her. She sounded/looked very unprofessional explaining me the job comparing it to cooking a dish, which I felt uncomfortable. I hope they do change the way they talk to someone whom they are approaching in the first place.
