I just moved into my new home about 6 months ago. After throughly reviewing different security companies I decided to trust my gut and go with Trinity Wiring. The team at Trinity Wiring was professional, efficient, and incredibly knowledgeable. Not only was Keith Russel at the office amazing he was able to address all my needs but also went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. The installation was seamless thanks to the two technicians that came out, they both took their time to explain everything clearly. So a big thank you to both Steven and Luis. I am beyond impressed with their dedication to quality and customer satisfaction. I highly recommend Trinity along with the three employees that I personally dealt with. So to anyone looking for top-notch service Trinity is the way to go.

I have been a customer of Trinity since 2015. I have needed service at various times and always been pleased. Today Steven came to try to resolve an issue that had been ongoing for several months. Other technicians have been and they were unable to get the situation resolved. Steven was phenomenal! He was polite and courteous, worked very diligently, was very thorough with his work, and explained what he was doing as he worked through the issue so I would know what he was doing. He then showed me how to maximize the settings on my app.

Tech Ubaldo came by and spent several hours resolving mainly two significant issues I had with my system. It took a while to trouble shoot but he was able to resolve all issues and was very patient and knowledgeable. Whenever we have need service to our system they are quick to respond and fix the problem. Manny has been to our home many times over the 17 years, yes 17 years, so it’s nice to have familiar faces over the years. Manny is very knowledgeable and always able to solve any issues we may.
