Needed my roof replaced and in the meantime, my solar panel installing company was not helpful. They were able to help me get through the process quickly after the project was started and stayed on top of the issues that arose during a freak large rain and (of all things) hail storm that came up unexpectedly. Outstanding service and I recommend them for the four time since I have owned my home.

The estimate and configuration process was easy, they took care of all the permitting and dealing with the utility company. Installers were on time and professional. I purchased my first house 4 years ago and this was my first experience with having to have my roof replaced.
The experience was horrible (with the exception of the solar panels.)
Triton Solar was AMAZING! I cannot say it enough, AMAZING!
Firstly, the contractor for the roof never told me they weren't going to take care of the solar panels, until, THE LAST MINUTE. Then they said, "Oh sorry, you have to find your own contractor for that."
I started calling everyone listed on the internet, trying to use reviews and BBB ratings, finally, I found Triton Solar!!!!
Derek was fantastic! He HELPED me immediately, telling me what I needed to do for insurance and he talked to Todd, (the owner) and they got me on the books the very next week!
I talked to Derek so many times about what I needed to do with insurance and he helped me so much!
When he wasn't in the office, I almost panicked but then Todd (the owner) got on the phone with me and he helped me navigate the building inspection SPOT ON! Not even a BLIP with setting that up with the building permit office!
When it came time to put the panels back on, they found out that the roofing contractor had just CUT OFF the conduit for the solar panels.
I called the roofing contractor right away to tell them what was done and they refused to even listen saying, "we didn't do it, so you'll just have to call insurance and tell them you need more money to have it fixed." Of course insurance laughed. Why would they pay for something a contractor did incorrectly. The contractor still refused to make it right and fix it.
Fortunately for me, Jesus, the lead installer was able to fix what they did. He was incredible!
Long story I know, but my story, and the moral of the story is, if you ever need your roof or your solar panels repaired or replaced, call Triton! I will never go to anyone else. I have my whole family of five houses that will be Triton customers also just because of how well they took care of me and my home. I've spread the word at work also and I've already told some of my neighbors. If Triton gives me a sign to put in the yard, it can stay there permanently.

Triton solar did an fantastic job putting solar on our house. They explained everything they were going to do and then did it. They made the process very easy, were very professional and we are so happy we went with them. Plus not having to pay for electricity is a great bonus. If you want solar, I highly recommend them. Even after they installed solar they still answer any questions we have or any help with any way we need. That is why I like local companies that care about people and they do.

Triton came highly recommended by another contractor that I was using. After my first phone call, I knew I had chosen the correct company. Before, During and After my Solar Panel Install, the responsiveness of everyone I dealt with was incredible. At no time did I feel like I was "just another job". So amazed that there are still businesses that are focused on quality and customer service. Triton definitely fills the bill. The roof work was fantastic- hasn’t leaked after a rainstorm and 2 other repairs by a different business that charged us hundreds of dollars. The solar panels are actually pretty and the work was done and generating power in less then a week. Everyone is knowledgeable about the job and easy to work with. All our questions were answered, and we had a lot of questions. The cost of the project was $5,000 less then another provider. So happy with this company!

We have solar and when we were getting our roof replaced, it was great to learn from Triton that they're also solar specialists. I think this really simplified the process for us because it reduced the number of contractors who needed to coordinate their work. David and his team kept us fully informed about the process for removing the solar panels and the re-installation process. We knew when the contractors would arrive each day and when we had bad weather delaying the project, we knew what their plans were. David and Triton Solar worked with our insurance company for the quote, and kept in direct contact with them as well. They even went as far as to remind us that if we had small pets, to move them to a location that wasn't so noisy - which was great information for our guinea pigs and chinchillas who are easily startled. The panels were removed immediately prior to removing the roof and all care was taken to make sure the reinstallation was secure and free from leaks. The rails were re-installed as soon as the roof was completed and Triton Solar arranged for the rails to be inspected before the solar panels were reinstalled. Reinstallation was seamless and the solar panels worked perfectly upon reinstallation. They used professional solar experts to do this work, as well. I never once felt like I didn't know what was happening or what the plan was and everything went so smoothly you could tell that this wasn't their first time. Triton is a local company and we like to stay local and we would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs solar work!

I have a rental in Colorado and live in California. Much of the process of putting solar on my rental was conducted from a distance. I was very happy with Triton and how they handled the project. They had the best price, followed through with each promise, and helped work through some inevitable difficulties. When I had a question, they were quick to respond. My system is now active and producing as they promised. I would use them again.
