If you are considering purchasing any land with or near possible wetlands in South Florida you are setting yourself up for disaster if you don’t hire a professional company to help with the due diligence.
I had a close call that could’ve cost me a lot of money
Wound up with my dream piece of property and good knowledge of what I can and can’t do there.
I had TEC do two wetland studies on property that I was interested in purchasing and I am beyond thankful that I did. The reports were thorough and accurate exposing possible issues with certain sections And also positives with another parcel which really helped in my negotiating the right pricing for the land. Now hired them to Handle some verification with the DEP and will not hesitate to use them for any future land purchases or permitting. Highly recommend!

I was recommended to use Katharina at Tropical Environmental for our mitigation. Katharina was great from the first time I met her. I moved from out of state and had no idea what the wetlands and uplands were. Katharina went over everything with me and made every change I requested immediately.
