We all know that Freightliner dealerships are either extremely good or bad. This dealership is the former.
From the moment I walked in I was looked after extremely well, everyone was very pleasant. I was kept well informed on the progress of my repair and was on the road again in a few hours.
I don't really want to break down again but coming back to this dealership will take a lot of the stress away.

One of the best service center who cares about drivers they got a great drivers lounge that have laundry room 2 showers quite room including pet indoor area lots of recliner chairs tv and they have free coffee and popcorn downstairs very polite service people here thank you guys

Very excellent experience with these guys not very quick as i understand they are very busy but they know how to deal customer and place provide a good rest time as driver lounge ,showers and popcorn and coffee short story long a paradise for drivers .Thanks for this hospitality 🙌

Great people, fixed the truck same day. Had a DEF problem and I arrived at 10am the took immediately to diagnostic and find Def pump not working properly and changed there quickly!
By 3pm I was done!These guys are making freightliner great again, !

I came to this freightliner due to an active fault. An estimate was given for 1964.94$, which 1162.00$ was labor. Their labor fee is 166.00 per hour which in my case would've been 7hrs of labor. The mechanic diagnosed my truck and fixed the inlet Nox sensor within a total of 3hrs. I talked to the service manger Dee for a price adjustment on the labor hours and she stated "due to the fact that I signed a price estimate thats what I have to pay on labor". She also stated "that her mechanics have to make a living". She also stated that "we could've kept your truck longer and you would've never known it was completed". Beware of being ripped off here!!! Kudos to the mechanic for fixing the truck in no time, but you don't have to rip people off! Charge customers fairly so that they will return in the future. Remember GOD is Almighty!
