The choices is open you can own a truck for $1.00 at the end of the lease period which is very few months. Or you can drive company truck and get the miles. Down to earth people to work with and choice of destination & no force dispatch.

This by far is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with since 1997. They will have you in the negative from day one. I stayed 12 days and I knew from day two that I was going to leave. They lie about everything except giving you a fresh 14 hour clock after you run out of hours. Have a text message from them saying so. They will not answer your call or email once you leave them. Stay away from them, 99% of them aren’t even here in America and don’t understand English very well. Didn’t have an option for a negative star, but they definitely deserve a negative star ⭐️. I’m sure that someone in management will respond to this and say it was my fault. But I really don’t care about their opinion. Drivers fair warning, STAY AWAY FROM THESE CRIMINALS!!!!!!

Reliable and honest company, you put in hard work and they will do the same for you in finding you good paying loads and making sure you have a good home time with family. I would 10/10 recommend for experience drivers looking for a company to run for. Lease to purchase plans are also the best I found!

I'm trying to keep an open mind.....but the operations manager told me they had 100 trucks. I looked them up last week on Safer and it says they have under 50 trucks. Some of Log dept personnel don't even understand split logging. They message warnings about low hours and fuel.....(I can see that in truck). The first weekend I had over 30 hrs available and they shut me down for a weekend 34 hr reset the next weekend I had over 20 hrs available and they shut me down again. I prefer to run recaps, personally. They say you get to run how and where you want but there are some areas they don't run. i.e. Oregon and Washington states(I'm cool with not going to California) Oh and what they don't tell you is that DO NOT PASS FUEL DISCOUNT to lease driver and they require that you use their fuel card. Example: 0.30 per gallon discount × 130 = $39
Just so you know......
You are going to pay all tolls too. Just run the numbers for yourself. Don't count on getting on the high end of advertising because of rates and their trend of not running on the weekends.

I have ended relationship with them.....they are not honorable. $2,500 escrow they will charge @$700 for oil change and $350 to clean truck, it IS in the contract, I'm okay with that. But they billed me for oil change twice and for a repair that I paid for directly from my bank account. I should have gotten @$1,500 back. So they kept my escrow.......ALL OF IT!!! Beware of this company!
Oh btw.....some of the "good" reviews are from upper management, office personnel, family and acquaintances NOT from drivers!

1500 escrow for company drivers , required six month contract . Will only pay zip to zip and not off eld miles , my unpaid miles were in the hundreds . It’s a hassle to get home every two weeks and when you get home your phone will get blown up when you do . They say 3 days home but you have to fight for it . My truck was governed at 69 and want you to try to drive east coast trips that are 650-750 miles that are impossible to complete in a timely manner . Typical Chicago trucking outfit . Also I didn’t get detention or layover pay . Company has many fines and will not hesitate to charge you be aware !

They lease broke down trucks and their dispatched steal money everybody who post 5 stars work in office, they stoled $10000 from me,this company steals.
