True North Restoration did a great job on our project for mold restoration. Brian Hurford was our project manager and the project went forward on schedule and according to quoted price. The staff that did the work were professional and willing to explain. Brian responded by text or phone call to every question I had as a worried mom, He answered the scheduling questions and kept me abreast of delays. As a working person who also now had to manage a crisis at home, True North was a true partner.

I had planned to do this plumbing job myself, and had already purchased the new parts to do so. It's extremely rare to find a plumber willing to use your own parts. I was unsure of the type of fittings to connect to the PEX tubing inside the wall, so I bought both types of connectors. I need rotator cuff surgery and was unable to do it myself, so I called a recommended plumber from the CityBiz Directory. True North sent a good local plumber that used the parts I provided and repaired it quickly and cleaned up after himself. A very nice guy, and he explained why he chose the PEX connector type of the two I had purchased. Reasonable price too. I recommend Dan from True North

Joel Clark was the one who spearheaded the process of drying the affected areas before mold sets in. Throughout the job, Joel was always communicating with me and giving me up to date progress of the mitigation and his coordination with the insurance company.
