My fiancé and I had been looking for a specific townhome in an area on the border of Parkland and Coral Springs. I have had my eye on this one development for a long time. Every real estate agent I used sent me areas that were not so favorable even though I kept telling them that was not what I was looking for. I even mentioned numerous times I was looking for a three bedroom and they kept trying to push two bedrooms on me and telling me my credit score only allows for them to show me what they were showing me at the time. I knew they were not being truthful with me and just trying to make a sale to offload these apartments. A family member then introduced me to Gloryvee Najera from True Oak Realty. She helped make our dream come true! Not only did she get us a three bedroom, but she helped us get the townhome of our dreams in the development we wanted to be in. In the future, when we are ready to move again we will definitely be using Gloryvee Najera from True Oak Realty! My husband and I recently sold our home with True Oak Realty. Our realtor was Milene Carvalho she is the best we have ever worked with. (We had another realtor from another company and had the house listed for two months and nothing) Milene did an excellent job helping us with everything and any questions that we had in a timely manner. She always went above and beyond in every way. We were able to go from offer to closing in three weeks. We had one open house and 5 offers later with in 12 hrs.
