Update 4/26/2024: The lawn looks terrible still even after applying weed and feed again. 2nd picture posted. Still extremely disappointed. I paid TruGreen to help my lawn but they instead killed it.

I have been a customer of TruGreen for about one year. I thought it would be easier on me to pay a professional to take care of the herbicide/insecticide portion of lawn care but boy was I wrong. I literally paid a company to kill all of my grass. Just about the only green you see in my lawn is weeds. There are clumps of dirt everywhere, which indicate active insect presence under the soil.
They have undone any progress that I have made during the 5 years I've owned this property. They have done nothing to make it right. They offered to provide free aeration, overseeding, and fertilization, but that was well over a month ago now and have not made good on their word to do anything. I've asked for a refund but of course they are ignoring this request.

Trugreen has been the worst experiencing in my life. They started up pretty good burnt my grass up and then.Sean Bradbury had the audacity to call me and say in order for them to replace grass that they killed we would have to go half on it. Everyone else was pretty nice but he’s the worst first and foremost he said that I put Round up on my grass and that’s what killed it. This is just a sad situation and I recommend anyone not to use this servic. My grass My lawn was beautiful I have use them for several years now they mess up all of the ladies that called. They was nice and courteous even Chip. I guess he’s the manager was pretty nice but that Sean was So inconsiderate, you messed up my yard and then don’t want to fix it.

THEUS was early, answered all of my questions and even identified a fungus that was also hurting our lawn (which he treated). His boss CHIP was response earlier this week in contacting me about my mole cricket problem and recommending proper treatment. Customer service was able to schedule it this week. Great employees = great service! Thank you, TruGreen.

I had a conversation concerning issues with my lawn not doing well and discussed it and agreed to take a soil sample to see if there were any issues will have to wait for results. Did a good job on doing the yard.

W have used TruGreen for years. We have never had the weeds controlled. This year our back yard will need to be re-sodded due to total brown dead grass - dead to the roots!

Absolutely no change in the color or thickness in my lawn, one visit did not even involve fertilizer, only weed control and the next visit was to be for “chinch bugs” not fertilizer. One application of fertilizer in 4 visits? AlI customer service is handled out of state, not locally like it used to be. I will not use Trugreen again

We have just started using TruGreen and so far are very satisfied with their services. I like that you don't have to wait around for them and a detailed service note is left for you each time they come. They show up when they are supposed to and I appreciate any suggestions for improving the lawn. It has already started to look a lot better and they offer an array of services.
