As a small business we’re always looking at ways to cut costs but make wise long term investments. Our consultant was great! He provided great insight on the panels and how it would be benefit us long term. Even though we are renting our building he was able to make a presentation to the owner and explain the benefits. Happy to say he made one install a series of installs. We couldn’t be happier with the cost savings the panels have provided and obviously being earth friendly is a bonus! Thank you for the help and easy install!

We purchased our solar in August of 2021. Due to supply issues, it was not installed until February of 2022. This was quite frustrating, but we were kept relatively well informed. The installation went well and the crew was very efficient and pleasant—to the point of even changing how some of the “wiring” was set up initially. That said the best thing about our solar was the after installation communication. Mike Frantz has been amazing. I have contacted him several times about various things—from tax questions, insurance questions, to monitoring questions. He has always been extremely helpful. We are very pleased with our solar system.

My panels were delivered the day before the install. At 9:30 on the day of install, 5 guys showed up and I showed them around. I took them to my panel in the basement and was informed exactly what he was going to do. I then showed them to my attic and they explained what they were going to do. While that was going on, the other 3 gentleman readied the panels and rails. While the electrical work went on, the panels were installed. The job was done neat and they cleaned up and kept me informed as to what was going on. The guys were professional, courteous and did a great job.

I had a great experience with TruHome while getting my new roof! I was getting a new roof for my mom's home which is 300 miles away. We were able to do the assessment, bidding, scheduling, billing, and payment process remotely (via phone and Zoom!) My mom love's her new, high-quality roof and we got it at an affordable price.

Update: I have been contacted by the company and there are some things in the works to get this fixed.

While the people who showed up to do the job were very kind and professional, their work is sub-par. We had a drill bit left in our wall, from the outside trim all the way through the drywall inside. When they "fixed" it, they just took the bit out. Left the hole. Our electric panel had to be moved, which we were not told about at until the panels were installed and they came back to put in a new consumers meter in, which was also installed very poorly along with the new electrical panel being cut wrong and looks like complete hell. They ruined so many parts of my house I don't even know where to start...

The project has not begun, but they have been very professional and responsible. They are persistent but not high pressure. So far I have been very impressed and have faith in them. I will update once everything is all done. They've made all the paperwork steps painless.
