My experience was great! Ron was very communicative and accommodating. My laptop had screen/power issues and he took a look and made sure everything was good and was able to get my laptop back to me in a few days. He was very accommodating and actually came to my apartment and picked up my laptop as well as dropped off a loaner laptop that I could use in the meantime. Would def recommend to anyone looking to get computer/laptop issues look at, especially students
