From Elisa at the office to Bob Tryon who came out to assess our needs and provide alternatives and prices to Rob Tryon (Bob's son) and Troy, the solar roof panel installers, we could not be more pleased. Courtous, respectful, knowledgeable, and just plain decent--Tryon is top notch. Rob lead the installation for our project and I very much appreciated his attention to detail: keeping things straight, evenly spaced, everything calked properly, electrical placed neatly, and pipe joints cleaned so no glue shows. They worked past sunset (a little) and will even come back Saturday to finish. We will be using Tryon for all our pool heating and plumbing needs in the future--hands down.

Our Rheem water heater failed one Monday night. On Tuesday morning our home warranty company said that they couldn't even look at it until Wednesday afternoon and that they couldn't give us any commitment as to when the problem would be fixed which would have likely taken two or three more days. So, we decided to go outside the warranty company's network and immediately called Tryon Plumbing who had helped us out previously on an emergency kitchen faucet failure. Mr. Tryon (1) came to our house that morning (Tuesday), (2) diagnosed the problem as a failed water heater tank, (3) spoke with our warranty company, (4) got their approval to replace the tank, and (5) made arrangements to have the tank replaced that same day. Later that afternoon (Tuesday), the old tank was replaced with a new and equivalent Rheem unit and we had hot water in the house again within 30 minutes. We are confident that the prompt, competent service provided by Tryon Plumbing saved us several days of living without any hot water. Based on this experience and our previous dealings with them, we highly recommend Tryon Plumbing for any of the services they provide.

The son Rob Tryon could not have been any more knowledgeable and professional. Wow such a helpful company!! They serviced us over the phone, got our problem resolved the same day we called, and didn't even charge us! We contacted several solar and pool repair companies and they either couldn't come out for weeks or didn't know how to fix it. Tryin Pool Hearing, Solar, and Plumbing came out to fix my solar pool heater. First of all, they were ON TIME as far as when they told me they would be out for the appraisal. That's gold star number one. Secondly, they got me the quote when they said they would have it, AND it was a reasonable price. Gold star number two. When they showed up to complete the work (ON TIME YET AGAIN!) they did a fantastic job. Gold stars number three and four. Finally, they went over what they did with me, made certain I understood how it all operated, and were more than flexible with payment. Five stars for these guys. If I need a plumber for anything in the future, I'll call these folks first. They are worth the extra penny; you get what you pay for, and more! Absolutely fantastic job!

On 8/23/19 they gave me an estimate. I needed them to reattach a solar pool heater where it had unattached from my roof and stop a leak where a bolt had pulled out. They gave me 2 quotes. They said the entire system needed to be reattached. Quote to replace all hardware and PVC $2750. Other quote to replace hardware as needed $1750. They said it’d take 2 hours. Sounded high so I got another estimate. Other co Climatic Solar fixed it for $75.
