Two weeks now they haven’t emptied any dumpsters in our alleyway. I called 3 days ago , they assured me they would take care of it. Neighbors are starting to pile garbage all up and down the alley. The lady on the phone was sorta nice but couldn’t deliver on the promises she made.

Is this the same Tucson that threatened me with a 3000 dollar fine if I didn’t trim my oleanders within 30 days?

TERRIBLE communication: I scheduled for a pick up for Tuesday and its Thursday and no one has come to pick up my trash. From that Tuesday to today (Thursday), I've checked to find my dumpsters still full so I call their customer service line just to find out more facts about my pick up with each call (3 additional customer service calls).

Tuesday: "With scheduled extra pick-ups, it could take up to 48-hours from your pick up date for your trash to actually get picked up."

Wednesday: "We've had issues with our drivers so unfortunately you have to wait until tomorrow." Oh yeah they told me I'm unable to get my refund until the following day whatever reason?

Thursday: (I finally get the full story on why no one has picked up my trash) "Yes sir we only have one driver for extra pick ups for the entirety of Tucson due to manning issues. They handle their pick-ups by priority." Like I haven't spent (will spend) my hard-earned money to be a priority in the first place.

Bottom line: Every single time I've called asking about my pick up, I'm asked to verify my address, name, phone number, and email address. You're telling me at no point in between these past four days that you couldn't send an email, text, or call informing me of these details - let alone telling me from the start about the 48-hour wait time from the pick up date or the personnel shortage? What if I absolutely needed a pick up on a specific day?

This is the worst!
It's been two weeks since trash had been picked up at my residence! How do they get to choose who they can or cannot pick up trash, that we PAY for?!!
If they cannot for some reason, a notice would be nice! I've called last 4 weeks to complain and have gotten nothing back
I'm ready to dump my trash on the road so they can ? see that my trash was full and now empty!!

We are here in Tucson for about half of the year. We know it is likely a pain for the city to deal with part-time residents, but we have received excellent service. I want to particularly call attention to a customer service tech named Madelyn, who helped me this morning. She was thorough, knowledgeable, friendly, and gave me excellent service. My warmest thanks for welcoming Iowans here for the season.

Best possible organization to lie to you about picking up your trash after they “missed” it. Now 2+ hours of phone calls trying to get my trash picked up after 5 days of bags piling up.

Was told that my trash would be picked up yesterday, no truck came. Called again today and can’t get any answer out of anyone.

Absolutely absurd and ineffective.

Edit: They have now lied to me TWICE about when they will pick up my trash. I’m not sure if I’ll ever get back on top of the trash piling up in my house.

This is for Commercial service with bad service and resolution. They miss the dumpster pickup for my service plan once every 2 weeks. Called the same day and wait for 15 mins then phone got cut off. Waited over the weekend and called again talked to 3 people and waited for 30 mins this time. Finally the person said when this issue happen I needed to called and talk to someone with 48hrs or service will be passed on. Now my options will between getting charge for $35 to arrange a new pickup or wait 2 weeks for another pickup service. Is there other company i can switch to?

Seriously I pay my bill on time monthly, and expect to receive the services of weekly garbage pick up. For the 12th time, my garbage was missed, and I had to file a "service order" that takes 24-48 business hours to process. I have to haul the can in and out to the street, now daily and nightly until the garbage is picked up. The can is full....so where am I supposed to put my trash while I wait for my weekly service?Maybe on the front of City Hall?

We needed a roll off for roof removal. Everything was done quickly, efficiently, politely. After they brought it, my roofer asked to have it repositioned closer to house. Same nice friendly guy was back in a couple of hours to do it.
