I had a problem where my garbage was not picked up from my driveway for 2 weeks in a row. The first week i let go by but the second week i called to find out what the problem was. They were very friendly but told me the policy in which we needed to work in order for my trash to be picked up on a day that wasn't my scheduled day. I was pretty hacked off at his greater inconvenience but within a few minutes, Jennifer called my back and said she located a driver in the area and was routing him to my house to take care of the garbage. They took a bummer situation and made it more than I expected.
