I had the pleasure of working with Aaron Arman and Max Piper at Tycho Energy and I can't even begin to describe how enjoyable and seamless of an experience I had as a direct result of their hard work. They worked with me from the very first appointment, all the way through installation, and even followed up after to ensure that my experience was nothing short of phenomenal! Not to mention, their professionalism and timeliness is truly unmatched. If you are considering installing solar, I can assure you that you are in great hands with Max and Aaron and that you won't have any regrets! I have a sign on my door and these guys decided to still come ring my doorbell.
At 7:25 pm… you know right when I’m starting the nighttime routine with my kiddo.

I am SO ANGRY AND ANNOYED. The fact that they tried to tell me that they ‘came from another direction’ and therefore didn’t see my sign is utterly ridiculous.

If this is the type of customer service this business condones, I will ensure that not me, my neighbors and anyone I know will use this company.
Also anyone I can reach via social media will know about my my experience with this company.

Just to ensure you have the entire picture- not only did they ring my door bell when there was a clear sign that asks them not to, but they lied, saying they didn’t see it, and also told me that no one else is going to pay attention to it.

These two had absolutely zero regard for representing this brand.

Moved to Arizona and purchased a home in anew subdivision. Soon after moving in door to door sales people of all industries started saturating the neighborhood, including solar. I sat through two solar presentations with quotes within 2 weeks of each other, but had no plans on getting solar for at least a year. One day Nick Gill came to the door and I told him I'd already had two quotes, plus many sales fliers from other solar companies besides. There was no pressure on Nick's part, but while I was standing there talking with him at the door, I could sense a down-to-earth genuineness about him. We talked about many topics that had nothing to do with solar so I decided to let him give me his pitch. I did not purchase the first time Nick came to my door, and though I had never heard of Tycho Energy before, my decision to go with them for my solar needs ultimately came down to the only face of the company I knew, and that was Nick. He is very patient, always courteous, and has a vast knowledge about the product, the industry itself, and is a valuable asset to their company. The icing on the cake was Tycho's pricing beat the other quotes I had received by a considerable amount. If you are considering getting solar, I would recommend scheduling a presentation with Nick at Tycho. There is no pressure and you've got nothing to lose.

I am very excited about becoming a customer of Tycho Energy today. Yesterday Michael Thooft and Matthew were cold calling in my neighborhood. Luckily I was home and had the opportunity to ask lots of questions about Solar, the process of installing and costs. Michael was happy to answer all questions from the simple to complex. We made an appointment for today for a more detailed presentation.

Michael arrived on time , answered all my questions again, explained how Solar works and the rental program. Knowing that it was possible to rent the panels made the decision to become a Solar customer a reality. Michael went over each page of the contract in detail before I signed. I am very comfortable with the process and look forward to the actual installation.

Nicholas Gill and team were absolutely amazing. Fun to work with and yet still very professional. Even if there was an issue it was quickly resolved and handled perfectly. I would recommend them to any of our friends or family. I don’t say that lightly because I rarely refer people to my family members. He was truly amazing. Building a new house and will be going back to him for the solar once that one is done.

Like many people I am not a fan of door to door solicitation and I usually don't ever open for them but this time, I'm so glad I did. My husbands and I have always been curious about solar energy and living in Arizona it just makes sense. We were fortunate enough to be working with Cat. Not only is she super knowledgeable but she was patient with all our questions and never once was she pushy. She's been very open and honest and always goes out of her way to answer questions. The way she explained every little detail and personalized our experience it was a no brainer to go with Tycho. We even passed along my parents info and they are all in too! We're still in the early stages but we are looking forward to seeing positive results on our monthly energy bills. I will update my review once the panels are in!
