I’m beyond mad. Literally a day after my screen got fixed it popped right off as soon as it barely dropped ! Causing stuff on the inside of my phone to break I came back to see if I could get it refixed they said the warranty only covers defects! I wasted 108$ when I could’ve gotten a new phone.. DO NOT GO HERE!! It’s false advertising the screen will pop right out

Response to store owner: I already spoke to the associate there and they were completely rude about it because they claimed the warranty only covers defects and said it was my fault if my phones getting fixed it shouldn’t pop out literally the day I get it back. I had to spend another 200$ on a whole new phone. I didn’t get a refund or anything.

Just having a certified technician for samsung in my area is amazing! 350 bucks or not ( my fault for not having insurance) was a good experience. My phone is like new again and I'm very satisfied. Only having 3 Techs because of the economy is sad but they are extremely fast and knowledgeable! Great place and service! I highly recommend!!

Beware. Would not honor guarantee. Accused me of damaging screen which I did not do. Was told it was a dead screen. Well I didn't kill it. Buyer beware. I lost nearly 200 dollars with them. Cannot answer a call half the time and lucky to get my screen to open. 200 down the drain. Not customer oriented. This was the second time I took it in With the same issues. First time they could not get it to freeze told me to bring it in when it acted up again. I did. Now they say there is a ding on it. Seems really strange they did not find this the first time in. This time the guy up front cleaned the screen and said it's a dead screen. Took it to the back and came back saying it had a ding on it. Funny he didn't show it to us before going in the back. I truly ourselves had it been there earlier. We had this issue from the day we had a new screen put on but in their words 'they do no wrong'.
BE AWARE. If you can find some place else to go. Go

UPDATE. After calling customer service and speaking with I believe her name was Linda, she took my information and complaint. She said she would look into it and call the Marion store and get back with me by the next day. Surprisingly I received a call back within the hour. She stated that didn’t take long and proceeded to tell me that upon investigation and talking to the manager she learned I had a legitimate complaint and issued me a full refund which I received in the time frame she told me I would.
My advice is never stop at the store level. The mother company needs to know what is happening at their store.

I've used this business a few times for replacing cracked phone screens. If your needing to fix your phone I would recommend you go here. Staff is friendly, there repairs are fast, mine have all been done same day. Well satisfied with there service. Less expensive than replacing your phone.

Quick and easy to make an appointment, professional customer service, fast repair and beautiful new screen, but iPad wouldn’t stay on after getting it back. However, I called to report the issue and after taking it back a second time, it was fixed correctly.

My iphone SE would not turn on no matter what I did based on internet suggestions. It took less than 10 minutes from the time that I entered the store for the technician to fix it. Nothing was lost, and I wasn't charged for the quick fix. Overall excellent experience!

I went in with a cracked LCD phone screen. They looked it over, checked to see if they had the part and made my appt. The repair was done in less than 1.5 hours and my phone works great! I definitely recommend them!

I am so disappointed in UBreakIFix in Marion. I had good service on a couple of small items in the past so I leveraged them to replace by S10+ screen. This experience was so poor, I actually questioned if I had used them before.

They checked to verify if they had the required screen and said there were only 10 nationwide as this S10+ phone was being pulled in as it was not current. Since I still get maintenance and security updates on it, my 1st bell of "huh" rang out.

They ordered me one of those 10 and set up appointment for the next day. The next day they told me the screen did not come in and they are none available. Alarm bells again went off.

I stopped by Verizon to see if my S10+ was that old. No..no issues with it.

I decided to drive to Carterville to see if iDoctor worked on Android devices and they DO!! I not only could get one screen ordered but as many as I wanted. They fixed (replaced screen) on my phone. They were extremely professional and helpful. I am as pleased with iDoctor (5 stars) as I am disappointed and frustrated with uBreakiFix (1 star).

I cannot figure out and now don't care to understand how anyone could handle a screen repair as poorly as uBreakiFix did.

Thank goodness for competition! I learned a ton about how products and parts are acquired, applied, priced, etc. Be an informed customer. Businesses operate quite differently.
