Lady was super nice, but I've been trying for a week to then my keys in because I don't need my storage unit any more. Nobody is ever there. Been by 3 times. Also my unit when I went to clean out my stuff, it had mice droppings everywhere. Half my stuff had been eaten by mice or rats. Had to throw away several items.

Rates weren't awful but just to pass it along, I was moving out and had taken a couple of loads, then took a break for lunch.

After lunch, I went back to get the last load and find the 80 ish year old man that runs the place standing in front of my storage unit. As I get closer, I see that he has my unit open and looking into it, which is not legal under Arkansas state law regardless of what the lease says, and at minimum it's certainly not what I'd consider an ethical business practice.

I asked him what he was doing and he ignored my question and asked if I was moving out and made a comment about a piece of furniture in the storage room. He obviously noticed there were items missing, so this wasn't his first time snooping in my storage room.

Just a word of caution for those looking to use U-Lock-It.
