Amazing and immediate help. Heather's professional expertise and incredible responsiveness helped me buy an older home. We got an inspection report back with some potential environmental issues and I was about to pull the plug but then I found Heather at UES and she explained the report in a way that made so much sense and made me comfortable buying the house. Turns out - it is NOT a problem. Thanks to Heather and UES. Sidebar...the first company I called told me it would cost $300 to read the report, provide advice and it would take 3 weeks to schedule it. I needed to know that day. I called UES, talked to Heather on the spot, emailed the report. She read it, analyzed it, and even read the entire inspection report. I would call them for any concern!

We cannot say enough amazing things about UES. They are amazing!! ? We dealt with Heather and she was very involved from beginning to end of the unfortunate water damage our home. Heather was genuinely concerned to make sure our problem was dealt with in a efficient and timely manner. The reports that were generated were extremely thorough and informative to know exactly what we were looking at. We were so pleased with the entire process. Heather was there to speak to at anytime which made us feel comfortable knowing if we had any concerns or questions, she was there to speak to. Initially, I didn't know where to turn and UES was highly recommended to me by a friend. Heather and her team walked me through every step and created a plan of action. They were kind, responsive, professional, but most of all knowledgeable. The thorough protocol report they provided was a valuable asset in claiming mold and water damage compensation from my insurance company. Do not cut corners when it comes to mold. The absolute best!!! UES came highly recommended by experts in the field when I did my research to find the best company. Their team was so thorough and detailed. Their communication and responsiveness were outstanding.
Heather and Bob were there from day one to answer all of my questions and offer their expertise. It is obvious they are excellent at what they do. They have state of the art equipment and truly care about the customer. I can recommend them without any reservation. Don’t be tricked by companies that offer both the testing and the cleanup. My experience with UES was wonderful. The inspector was friendly, professional and thorough. The office staff was very competent and helpful. The mold specialists spent a great deal of time with me on the phone assessing my needs and guiding me to the type of inspection that was right for me, and she was very careful and thorough in explaining to me the results of the lab results. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company to anyone searching for mold inspections.

I probably won’t manage to write the review that Heather Delaporte and Ultimate Environmental Solutions (UES) truly deserve, but I’ll try my best to describe how caring, thorough, and knowledgeable they are. This was my situation: my family home was unoccupied for a brief period while my mom recovered from some severe health issues. The house was checked frequently, but not frequently enough to catch a leak from our supposedly top of the line new roof. Before we realized it, mold had colonized every area of our house. Upon hearing a description of the situation multiple mold remediation companies suggested I hire an environmental consultant/mold hygienist to figure out the type of extensive protocol needed to deal with the contamination and damage our house sustained. I contacted Heather and she made time to come all of the way to north Florida from Orlando to assess our house. Heather scrutinized every inch of the building and then clearly laid out a description of our options. Since UES does not do the remediation/restoration themselves, they provide an unbiased assessment of what it will take to fix your problem and give you a healthy space to live in. Heather gave me lots of feedback on damage control and what matters most during restoration. She told me what corners absolutely could not be cut, but also provided suggestions on how to do some of the work myself, if I decided to take that approach, and on how to rescue, clean, and restore our most valuable possessions right away while insurance dilly-dallied with our claim. Heather’s report was scientific, comprehensive, and invaluable to my mom and me. She stayed in touch with us long after she had a direct role in the situation and was very responsive at all stages. She and her company provide the kind of consideration you just do not experience with many companies. She really cares about you and your health and finding the best, safest solution to a mold and water damage situation. Heather’s assistant James was also very knowledgeable and the two of them went over the house like detectives, cataloging, collecting samples, and explaining the dynamics of moisture, air flow, and mold as they went. I am confident that you can trust Heather and UES to give you an honest assessment of whatever situation you have that fits into their areas of expertise. From reading reviews online and talking to various friends, I gather that many companies prey on desperate people who just want to make sure they protect the health of their families, themselves, and their businesses from mold toxins. With the mold remediation business rife with charlatans, having someone truly trustworthy makes all the difference. Heather even started her own school to teach environmental assessment and air quality because of poorly done work she had seen in some cases when she had to come in and clean up another’s mess. It’s safe to say, I highly recommend UES.
