In my previous review 2 weeks ago I neglected to mention Carlos my salesman. He brings to Unicity the type of approach that consumers can relate to and have a sense of comfort knowing they made the right choice. Carlos has shown up for every step of this process. We’ve been with Unicity for several years and have had a horrible experience. If I could go back in time, I would have said no to them. They promised really low electricity bills but we’ve had several bills in surplus of $100 a month. This is on top of what we have to pay monthly for the panels. I can’t speak for other companies but I can tell you this is not the solar company to hire. I called them last week for help with our high energy bills and I have yet to have anyone reach out. Just a super frustrating experience.

I have been so impressed with the entire process in preparation and installation of our new solar panels. From the initial sales call by Davison Kirchmyer to the day the crew showed up to place the panels on the roof, everything has been smooth. And the office staff provided frequent communication as well. Thanks for the great service. AND my monthly electric bill has been GREATLY reduced.

I had a urgent problem with the external circuit breaker that had to be replaced by an electrical company. I notified Unicity they came to evaluate, and reinstalled the solar box with new wires, and new ground wires for added protection. They also had it inspected . Thanks to Paula and the staff. And their electrician AJ for doing an excellent job. Thanks

our experience with this company has been topnotch from the crew and the office, super professional and on point in helping us out through all of our process, 10000 percent recommended, if you want to go solar this is definately the place to go to, Maria in the office really helped us out with a lot of our questions as well as our concerns, weve talked with the office a couple times and everyone is super on it and professional. We are really happy with our decision.
