Unisource is a joke! We are on levelized billing and we just got the next bill which stated our bill will now be over $800 a month! How in less than 6 months did it jump that high! The customer service rep told my elderly mom that it was her fault for not keeping track of the bill. Give me a break you are really going to blame her. Then we wanted a meter check so he transferred her and the phone hung up. If your company is going to review people every six months how does that even give you a good picture of their usage. Your company should take a damn class in customer service….literally worst company I have ever had to deal with. Get solar people and don’t deal with these dumbasses.

I have 2 homes and one house never gets a bill. No reason, difficult to deal w their reps to even see why. One says call back and they'll handle it, call back then they refuse to tell you a thing. I am sure everyone says "I didn't get a bill" and they are just saying it, but I promise NO BILL. And that means people who say they didn't get a bill, I believe them now, cos it's pretty crazy but w this company very true!

Waiting on new construction hook up...Not being pushy, just requesting an approx time window when I might expect to have power, so i
can plan accordingly.. ..Not one call back...Not a hint from their construction or engineering teams.. I was a thirty five year contractor...I "always" took at least a few seconds to update my customers, especially when they were inquiring on their project...

My mother passed away and had account with them. They will only issue the refund check in her name. We can’t cash a check addressed to her and they won’t issue it to “The Estate of deceased person”. Therefore, they just keep the money!
I wonder how many families have been screwed out of refunds due to this policy.

What a disaster This company is. Their rating should be negative 0, if that is even a possibility. We had a situation where a technician came in to change out our meter parked his truck right in front of our shop back gate so that we could not get in or out - was asked courteously to move his truck but instead of moving the truck he engaged in a derogatory discourse with our shop manager to the extent that he threatened to leave us with no electricity. Attempts to reach this tech’s supervisor to file a formal complaint resulted in almost 2 hours worth of phone time with their call center in Tucson, Arizona, where they refused to provide us with the local Kingman Arizona phone number. We finally had to send our shop manager directly down to their office located at 2498 Airway Ave. in Kingman, Arizona Arizona. These people, businesses like this, get away with this kind of despicable service because they have a monopoly on the product that they sell, which we all need so they don’t care, from the road technicians to the Customer Service people all the way up and down the line, they just don’t care. Horrible horrible company.

Just had one of their technicians come to our business block the back gate. when we asked them to move their vehicle they threatened to leave us without electricity then proceeded to follow me into the business. He harassed me wouldn't leave when asked him to leave said he didn't have to and again threatened us with leaving our electric off. Tried to call a supervisor and can't get anyone on the phone who knows anything at all. Worst customer service ever. Worst technician ever.

I suddenly lost power and called Unisource this morning. TWENTY MINUTES LATER Robert the electrical wiz shows up and within five minutes had my problem figured out. He jumped in his lift and within fifteen minutes my power was restored! I'd like to thank customer service, and Robert for fast, timely and professional service.You guys are amazing!
