Please think twice before using this company. If you are using this company already, please get yourself some legal representation. I wish we would have known this.

They will promise that there is nothing to worry about and assure you that everything will be taken care of.
In our case there were many promises made that they never intended to follow through with.

Not only did they bleed the insurance company money dry. They did very sub par work and refuse to come back and fix or make right the things they did incorrectly.

They will cut corners every chance they get and we had to stay on top of them at all times to receive even the things they put in writing.

A few examples.
They never washed the smoke/soot off of the walls that remained and it now bleeds through the paint and they are saying this is just condensation. They came to repaint it again without washing it off again and it continues to bleed through the paint.

They left the house open too the elements for almost a year. This caused many problems that they are also choosing not to fix. Indoor painted ceilings are starting to peel and sag at the drywall joints.

They did not acclimate the replacement hardwood floors to a standard household environment and now every 3rd or 4th seam in the flooring is coming apart in an ugly jagged break in the wood.

Its bad enough that you are displaced from your home after an incident, but to then be taken advantage of by a company like this makes it that much worse.

1 800 Board Up was referred by our local police department after a car drove into it.

The staff that showed up to close up a hole the size of a Toyota Corolla, did so in a professional manner. They brought more than enough material to provide weather tight closure and surprisingly cleaned up all of the damage debris.

Strongly recommend if you need a board up.

If I could make this zero stars I would. Run from this company. They are dishonest, and lack any ounce of integrity. They wiped my insurance money bone dry and took an exceptionally long time to complete the work. Lots of excuses and broken promises. Put a lien on my house before we were even able to move back in. Do not trust them.

They were there quickly the day my neighbors tree fell on my house. Fast forward 79 days from the incident and i have yet to see a quote. My calls are now not being returned. I was willing to give them the business from day one, but the lack of communication has been very frustrating.

United Services sent out a clean-up crew after tree roots caused a sewer back-up issue in my basement. Even though my basement is unfinished, everything needed to be thoroughly sanitize for safety. They got a crew out right away! They were professional, efficient and did an amazing job! My basement has never looked or smelled so good! Being an insurance agent, I work closely with restoration companies and United Services is #1 on list for myself & where I will be referring all of my clients. Did I say reasonably priced too! 🙂

The United Service team that came to our house after our flood were truly unbelievable. We mainly dealt with Charlie Miller and Jeff who was on site daily. Both were beyond responsive and helpful in any way possible. They worked around us and made every effort each night when they were done to leave us with a clean home and a spot to eat or watch the TV with the kids. They would actually clean out an area so our family could function during the clean up. Every worker they brought in was beyond professional and exceptional at what they do. They packed up everything and unpacked everything when they were done. We have told many people that if they ever have home damage, you guys are the ones to call. We truly appreciate everything you guys did to make the process as painless and efficient as possible

United Services and our project manager, Jessie Wines, did a fantastic job on my elderly parents hail damage claim. Their home suffered extensive damages, and Jessie was instrumental in helping us define the damages and obtain the proper settlement from their insurance carrier. In addition, he brought in great tradesmen/contractors who did beautiful work.
