I will never call United Site Services again for any service. We have been calling them every day for 2 weeks to try and get their hand wash units serviced and they still have not come. We get voicemails from the call center that say they are on the way, but they never show up. You can only get hold of the call center, but never a supervisor. The service technician comes to service the portable toilets, but states his water hose is broken and cannot fill them. He states for us to call in and complain. We spoke to another vendor that was onsite for another company, and he stated that he used to work for USS and he left them only after a few months due to their reputation and poor customer service with customers. They should do a serious house cleaning of the Fort Myers location, starting with management and revisit the last word of their name - "Services". The don't even deserve a 1 star review.

I had to utilize their services as I didn't have any current options, but now that my job has started back up, the units were last serviced on 5/9 and they haven't been back since. I have called, but the call center cannot help, they can only take calls and try to get the information out. It is the actual yard out of Fort Myers that isn't responding to our jobsite. Now several calls in, we still are not serviced and their invoicing is atrocious. Dates that overlap on 2 separated invoices, credit invoices not coming in a timely fashion......
We have over 35 people that need to use these units but Site Services can't or won't respond! And to top it off, I can't speak to anyone with authority to fix this

If I could give them less than one star I would. Calling constantly to pick up porta potties and all they reply is in 72 hrs … it’s been almost a month that they are still sitting in a parking lot waiting to be picked up. The delivery was a headache they didn’t come the day they were suppose to be delivered because they sent them to the wrong address. We ordered porta potties and hand washing station only got the porta potties delivered. They are unreliable and have terrible customer services. Will never use them again for any event.

Called to schedule service. On the day they were supposed to come I received a call saying they don't offer the service anymore. A month later they showed up, did nothing, and then even after speaking to the manager to inform him that I am not a customer I was billed for a service that was never provided. Customer service has produced zero results. It's like they don't care about their reputation at all.

Horrible employees I was pulling out he cut me off parked in someone’s yard blocked the entire road and told me to deal with it and was trying to fight me when I asked him to move! Great company yep!!!!

Called to get a quote, which by the way was over $500 for a simple porta potty for 1 day rental. Customer service seemed like they didnt care if they got your business also.
Called Blu Site right after, quote was just over $100. So i booked with Blu Site, who also has friendly customer service who make you feel like family.

Driver came in yesterday to supposed to do a clean up or to do service on the unit and he didn't,
All he did was just threw water in it , now the Porta party it's full of forms that they're even coming out of the Porta party!! this is NOT acceptable! The company is paying for this is not like united is doing it for free! And this is at the 600 nokomis aves, venice,FL location
