Seems at least my postal carrier can't simply pull up my driveway when delivering a box. It's either stuffed in my mailbox or left on the ground beside it for someone to steel.

Alabama's finest at it again.
If you have zero common sense, non-observant and unable to follow simple directions you'll fit in perfectly with the rest of the idiots that work at the Warrior Post Office.
Six signs and they still can't figure it out. All I ask is that they leave the package under the carport on the table out of the rain but they make sure they put it in the worst possible spot so it for sure gets rained on. I don't know how they've made it this far in life. I don't understand how they drive a vehicle. If you can't read signs how did you pass a driver's test? Guaranteed they are left lane drivers.
August 12th 2023 again had the same problem. They need to fire her. It is so obvious that it gets wet where she puts the packages. That's why I have a sign saying not to leave them there but this idiot can't figure it out. There is a table with a sign that says please leave packages here I even put out another table and painted them blue so they stand out and she still can't figure it out! It's 10 ft to the left!
I work. I'm not home to receive my packages every time they deliver. It's Alabama. It rains here. I've tried filing complaints but nothing happens. If you figure out a way Kelsey Marek please update your review so I can do the same.

May be the most incompetent people I have ever dealt with. They dropped a package off that is clearly marked 1 of 2, and left. I called and went through the god awful process to open a case. My local post office finally called me back AFTER they closed and left a message for me to call them back. I call back literally one minute after they leave the voicemail and the automated system says they are closed and disconnects the call. This post office sucks.

I have had to go up there a lot due to mailing issues but have always encountered nice employees. However, I went in today and was given some of the same responses to the past issues and tried to explain why I was concerned by the responses as I’ve been given them before and it has been a mistake on their part. The black male manager started getting an attitude with me. when I explained I wasn’t trying to be combative, he continued to escalate the situation. Just tried to call up and ask for his name and guess who answered and hung up on me after refusing to give his name? Yeah. I hate it for the people who work with him if he’s that quick to get an attitude.

This is the most horrible post office ever. If this isn't the career you want please change. Everyone up there is rude! You don't get your packages in time. They sit on their truck for days says online out for delivery be there today. And blah blah nothing. FIVE DAYS LATER AND IM STILL WAITING!!!! GET YOUR BUTT IN GEAR AND DO YOUR ONE AND ONLY JOB.

This post office is a joke. They refuse to deliver large packages to the door. When you go to pick up packages that say they are being held at the post office, the post office has them on the truck or they loose them. The employees there are rude. My wife went to pick up a package and was made to wait for the worker to finish their lengthy personal cell phone conversation before attending to her. Then of course they lost the package. I went yesterday to pick up a package that was held for pick up. They sent it out on the truck. Came back today to pick it up after being told it'd be here today only to be informed that they were returning our package. The lady was rude and said she could not give me my package because it's against policy for packages to be picked up. We have a mailbox, but we do not recieve mail at this home because it is a temporary home. We only have packages delivered to this address. Despite having a mailbox and an established address, they still refuse to deliver our packages and now they just return them. After viewing these other reviews I see this is a reoccurring issue for most residents.

Don't expect packages that are too large to fit in your mailbox to be placed at your door. Instead, they hang them on your open mailbox lid or toss them on a busy road to be run over by vehicles. I can't even begin to imagine the amount of insurance claims this office must go through. It's incredible that this location hires the worst possible employees with zero work ethics. The sheer laziness of our carrier is remarkable. I thought I've seen lazy before, but she has set a new bar. We just moved here this year, and this location makes FedEx look amazing. Our last USPS carrier, where we used to live, was wonderful. I have never had these issues before. Warrior needs to clean house and cut the dead weight. I'm in the process of filing a complaint with the post master now. This is pathetic!

Update: I got a call back from the post master named William. Wow! That was even worse than I expected. This man kept cutting me off wouldn't even let me explain our grievances. He kept interrupting me saying "ma'am, I haven't had problems with your carrier." I kept trying to tell him what was happening and all I got was interruptions with denials. I asked him if he had read their Google reviews and he said "he doesn't care to look at google because just anyone can make a review to make them look bad." Apparently the TAX PAYING citizens they serve are of no care to them! The fact that a supervisor can't even listen to a complaint and at least apologize and make it right blows my mind! He straight out made it out like I'm lying and his carrier did nothing wrong. I'm now filing a complaint on William. Says I should get a call back in 20 mins. We will see how this goes bc my next step will be to take this to whatever government agency needed to handle this problem. It's a shame that government agencies treat TAX PAYERS with such disrespect. No wonder they have lazy employees who think they can discard packages how they please, their post master is incompetent and defends their behavior.

2nd update: I got a call back promptly from customer service. We filed another grievance with the office. The CS rep I spoke with was very polite and helpful, unlike Mr. William, the post master/supervisor for this location. I believe the CS reps' name was Angie or Angela. I was sure to leave her a good review. She was appalled with how the supervisor handled my complaint. She said I should hear back from someone in 2 or 3 days to further this issue. She told me how to go above him to file a complaint and she let me know that if this issue doesn't get resolved, I can take this matter all the way up to DC if necessary. I hope it doesn't have to escalate to that level, but if I have to take it that far, I will and I'll also start a petition with the community to replace the post master and all carriers who are not doing their job properly. Last time I checked, tampering with mail was a FEDERAL OFFENSE. Obviously, it's not just my carrier after seeing all of these reviews. It's sad that this office has a 1 star rating, yet the supervisor thinks these reviews are irrelevant and made up. I'll be sure to send copies of all of these reviews on here along with my petition to the town hall and with my grievance letter that will be sent to DC. We will see how seriously the head post master in DC and our local government officials take these reviews and complaints compared to how William the supervisor at the Warrior post office sees that reviews from the citizens they serve doesn't matter...
