Al explained everything step by step when he came to do the initial examination of the basement and he is very diligent when it comes to answering phone calls or texts. He and his crew have even come out to do extra tasks after they removed the asbestos tiles, and at last minute at that, so they're very flexible. We needed some asbestos removed from our basement, so we called Upcoming Environmental for an estimate.  I always get two estimates before I hire a company.  I was impressed with Al from the beginning.  During the initial consultation, he explained the asbestos removal process in detail.  We decided to hire Upcoming.  During the asbestos removal, Al sent me pictures updating me.  I loved that he communicated with me like that.  After the job was done, they cleaned up thoroughly.  Al and his crew were so courteous from the beginning to the end.  Al walked the talk.  Everything he promised, he delivered.  He went over and beyond.
